This Holiday Inn was so great. We are so happy with our stay and it is convenient to everything.
We were in Memphis for my Mother's funeral and this Holiday Inn was kind enough to only charge me a small rate due to the fact my mother passed away. I am grateful for that and I will always stay here when I return to Memphis. You can't get better service than that.

Check in was very unremarkable! Young lady would not even look up at me as I approached the desk. When she finally did she just stared at me. I finally said, "I am checking in?" She assisted but was very short. She never mentioned my Platinum Priority Level. Very short and rude! I would have rated even lower but the restaurant staff were AWESOME!!! Brother and Sister duo were fantastic!!!!

I visit the area often, and being greeted by Kim at the front of house is akin to being welcomed home. The staff at the hotel can never do too much for you, nothing is ever a problem, even when your corporate travel provider mess up your reservation. I convince my colleagues to stay here when they travel and they always return after their first experience - and that is down to the team and the service that they provide. Keep up the good work guys'n'gals!

I was there because of the death of my father. I stayed a week there, and had nice stay at the hotel. The staff was accommodating, the property well kept. The breakfast buffet was nice each morning. I have to return to the area to clean up his estate and will stay at this hotel when I return.

Hotel does not have security cameras. Found this out after our vehicle got broken into even though it was parked 4 spaces away from the front door in a very well lit area.

I will say this may have been the best Holiday Inn I have ever seen. My parents came to town for some Christmas shopping so I decided to put them up for a few nights kind of as a "weekend getaway" also. They are still talking about their stay at this property. The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing. Thank you Holiday Inn Wolfchase.

Heat was not working properly causing an unpleasant night's stay for my 86 year old mother. Also a very strong room deodorizer had been used which aggravated allergies. On the plus side the staff was courteous; however, no one offered to adjust the bill when we complained at check out about the lack of heat.

We stayed here as a launch point for our visit to Graceland. The location is about 15 miles from Graceland and other Memphis sites. Holiday Inn prides itself on the cool way they put a strap on the pillows marked firm, soft ect. I don't believe ours were labeled correctly because the pillows firmness didn't match the tag. Sure that's a little thing but I expect more attention to detail from Holiday Inn.
I was excited to take a dip in the hot tub but was disappointed by the presentation of it. The water in the pool was clear and the pool looked great, but the hot tub water looked a little tinted, not sure if its the water or the tub itself.
Other then that it was a great stay and it is located right next to the mall and many Restaurants.

We upgraded to a suite at check in for a multiple day stay. I'm a platinum member so I stay in many IHG properties each year. I am not a disgruntled guest, but I stay here often because my Franchisor's headquarters is in Memphis, and I have to say this place has not met my expectations the last 3 times I've stayed here.
I requested that the room be cleaned prior to 10 a.m. because I was having a meeting in the suite at 11. The room was not cleaned until late afternoon, and then it was poorly done. I had to have the meeting in the common area. At 6:30 the next morning I went down to the front desk with my hairdryer which had broken and was told I couldn't get 1 until 8 a.m. when houskeeping arrived. I said that won't do me any good since I have to be in a meeting at 8, and I asked if the desk clerk could simply take one out of another room for me and he said he couldn't.
Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager. After a 35 minute wait he showed up in a black chef's coat and seemed impatient that Iwas taking him away from the kitchen(?) I reported the above problems, and he simply said "I will pull your folio and look into it"....and then walked away. I expect better from an IHG property....After all, they have a sign posted in every room that states "If any part of your stay is unsatifactory, simply let us know and you won't have to pay for that part of your stay"...I let them know, but no price adjustment. I will be looking for another IHG property on my next trip to Memphis unless they contact me to rectify my problems. By the way, there were 8 franchisees, and several other rooms booked because of my franchisor's location nearby. I will surely mention this experience to the others. The sad part is some level of concern and empathy would have made things right. This manager should be ashamed!

I stay at this hotel frequently (2 times a month). Normally I’m welcomed and treated with respect. For some reason during this stay I was singled out, profiled, and border-lined harassed by the current General Manager for walking to my car wearing Jeans, t-shirt and a ball cap!!! Didn’t know that there was a dress code… Beware of your attire and watch your back while staying at this facility under current management!!

At check-in I upgraded to a suite, there were four people in my party. When we woke the next morning we noticed that there were only three sets of towels, so I called the front desk and was told there were no towels and I would have to wait for housekeeping to arrive. The problem was, we had an appointment scheduled and couldn't wait for housekeeping. We were eventually accommodated but the lady at the front desk seemed like it was a bother that we needed assistance.

We stayed at several Holiday Inn Hotels between 10-2-12 and 10-15-12 from IN to CA. This one was in our top three. The Hotel staff was excellet, the facility is gorgeous, the rooms/beds were well cleaned - kudos to the staff. We got exactly what we reserved. They even had a large group of young baseball players there from Ontario and they managed to keep them on floors below us, so that it did not interfere with our rest. AWESOME! We did eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. I was disappointed that we had to pay separate for our breakfast. All the other Holidays Inns had a coupon voucher system if you got the buffet it was free. Great job to everyone there!!

We stayed in 6 different Holiday Express and Suites on our trip. The Holiday Inn and Suites Wolfchase Galleria was the BEST!! The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the room smelled so good.
