I normally stay at a competing hotel but I decided to try Holiday Inn on this business stay. Hands down this was the better value and service!

Although I like Holiday Inn very much, my stay at this Holidat Inn was less than adequate. Due to the room I was put in, room 214, this room is right below the Holiday Inn sign on the building. With the massive spotlights shining on the sign, no matter how I closed the drapes, there was still light shining on the sides and bottom of the drapes. The room was quite bright. Also, unfortunately, on that night, the people in the next room were quite noisy. I wish to say again that I still like Holiday Inn and will stay there in the future. This was an unfortunate incident.

Need a stress free place to stay and HI WG provided this. Best part is being able to relax and allow the kids a swim at the indoor pool. Friendly staff and nice room.
The only downside is sometimes the rooms are different sizes and we are more comfortable in the larger ones of course. Otherwise we are very pleased with using this property for our monthly visits.

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was hot and delicious. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Memphis area!

Alize and Christina were the young ladies that handled our check in. They were courteous and able to accommodate our request to have our reserved room relocated to be away from our fellow travelers. They were very kind and understanding and in no way made us feel that we were being a bother or trouble.

On my initial survey I accidentally said there was a problem with my stay, I did not have any problems at all. I got to hang out after a long long drive and be a guest instead of an employee and was treated with the utmost respect. At breakfast the waitress Anna was very thoughtful and concerned about my trip. Great customer service!

The staff are very friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy. The only issue we had was that the television in the room did not work. Our stay was short and we waited until checkout to notify the staff.
