The suite was roomy and nice. Bed was comfortable. Good place to unwind after a long days drive.

We chose this hotel over 3 others for our wedding group to stay at. My bride and I arranged for 20 rooms to be reserved for our group until the end of April. At that time, they would not reserve them anymore. This was agreed upon by everyone. However, all reservations for our group that were not taken were released almost 2 months premature to our agreement. We had people being overcharged, had members of our group being turned down when they called the front desk to reserve, and the link that was given to us would not accommodate us because the rate kept changing or it would say they were sold out. When I first called the sales manager with the issues, she said everything was correct with our agreement and she didn't know why the front desk was declining my guests. When I called the front desk acting like a wedding party guest, they declined me. A month later my relatives from California were asked to pay 165 dollars instead of our agreed upon rate. I called the sales manager again (who seems to be the 3rd sales manager in six months), she apologized and said she would fix it. However, a week later several more guests were turned down. All together, we only were able to reserve 7 of the 20 rooms because the hotel failed to follow our agreement. Eight members of our wedding stayed at other hotels that were available throughout Memphis, totaling 11 rooms. Three members informed us that they would not be coming because they could not find available rooms. It cost my bride and I an additional $507 in shuttle services because, with the assumption that we had 20 rooms reserved, we promised shuttle services to and from the hotel for the reception. With everyone scattered around Memphis, we paid an additional 3 hours of shuttle service. With the wedding behind us, we regret picking your hotel for our group to stay at. Not to mention that my mother had to change rooms because her room became infested with ants. She found them coming out of the outlets and all over my son and niece.
