I´m sorry to tell you that our experience was very uncomfortable. when we ask for something we have to wait an hour or more to be atended. we went to the restaurant at 4 pm they said that the service was form 2pm to 5 pm and at 4:30 they started to clean up everything we couldnt eat dessert or drink water the same thing happened at breakfast, the pool the 3 days was dirty with cigarrets in it, at night a lot of noise i tinhk someting was under construction or something. the room wasnt clean and the coffe maker didnt work

You need to improve The room had a plastic bag in the floor when i arrived. The pillows smell awful. Also i asked for room service a salad had amaranto instead of sunflower seeds it only has 1 half of tomato cherry. The iron is old and stain. There are smaller hotels with better service.

As a platinum member, we were upgraded to a junior suite and it was just excellent! It was close to the pool (exit from the window of the room), had ample space and the hotel provided fruit everyday. Overall, this was just fabulous!

I was very impressed with the level of customer service during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating (e.g., answered questions about travel around Merida and to airport, sent extra bottles of water to room). Staff at the front desk also spoke clear English, which made it much easier for me, a native English speaker who can only speak broken Spanish. The room was cleaned every day during my week long visit, and they always left a new bottle of complementary water. I was also impressed with the gym and pool area, which were well maintained (e.g., all treadmills and other machines were new and in working order, there were always enough gym towels). One thing to note is the distance of the hotel from the city center (about a 20-25 minute walk or short cab ride) - this is either a pro or a con, depending on what you prefer (the area around the hotel is quieter than the city center but there are fewer sites to see and options for eating/drinking).

On my last stay at this Hotel the personnel at the front desk gave a really bad service I requested one not smoking room and they gave one smoking room that was dirty and smell bad (stinky)
The personnel at the front desk is untrained and not very helpful they do not try to solve the problems it was a terrible experience for me and my family.
If for some reason I need to come back to Merida I WONT STAY ON THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.
