Excellent service. This is a hotel very useful for people that requires services from Medica Sur, but also for other kind of people. We could work very well in their facilities. Very clean rooms.

Very enjoyable experience except for the following issue.
I booked online and my reservation charge was set in USD. The card I used to book and pay at checkout (my account being set in USD) was charged in MXN - this meant an 11% extra difference in the final price. No additional services were requested.
The original price promised was not respected and for that reason I am unable to give a full recommendation in this review.

This property is difficult to locate being in the 3rd tower of a Medical complex. However once we located exactly HOW to enter & got checked in- it was WONDERFUL! The hotel rooms are very clean & comfortable.
One word about the beds- they are typical Mexican fare- meaning NO box springs & an extremely firm mattress. NOT the most comfortable for those used to American type beds. However the sheets were WONDERFUL- they were high thread count & felt so good!!! The room was average size & equipment, but very Quiet- which is important to me for sleeping. Once inside the hotel & especially the room- I didn't really hear any noise at all! This is amazing to me especially in a huge city like Mexico City.

In all other Holliday Inn Hotels, breakfast is excellent.
Here nothing, no buffet, only a small menu.
If you pay the room including breakfast, you have just a toast, a coffee. If you take a juce, you pay more !!
It's the last time for me in this hotel.

THE ROOM SERVICE STOPS AT 10 PM, SO I ORDERED SOME FOOD AT 9:20 PM, ABOUT 10:30 I WAS CONCERNED WHAT HAPPEND WITH MY ORDER SO I CALLED TO THE ROOMSERVICE NUMBER, NOBODY ANSWER AND I NEVER GOT MY ORDER !!!!! THIS IS THE WORST ROOMSERVICE EVER AND BEING IN A HOTEL INSIDE A HOSPITAL MAKES IT EVEN WORST

Access to the location is somehow difficult because the main entrance is on the back of the hospital.
Rooms are very confortable.
Carpets on the ailes are in need of replacement.
