Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel to stay in I would recommend this hotel if staying in Mexico City. It's pretty close to the airport, very clean, and staff is professional and helpful. Eating was fine as well and room service was quick for the two times we used them. My only recommendations would be to have the two treadmills in the gym fixed (they don't go at a normal speed) and I didn't know that the gym was closed Sunday (didn't see that listed in the hotel guest book). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by De paso para el aeropuerto Tuve la necesidad de pasar una noche en la ciudad de México antes de volar a Boston; el hotel se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto y cuenta con servicio gratuito de transporte cada hora y tardé solo 5 minutos en llegar al aeropuerto; el personal del hotel es muy amable y el restaurant ofrece una comida excelente; la habitación estaba limpia y bastante cómoda para descansar antes de mi viaje. Para mí la mejor opción, con un precio justo y un programa de recompensas excelente que me ha dado varias noches de hospedaje gratuitas. June 15, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by sin comentarios me parece que los dueños de hotel deben poner atención a las necesidades básicas de sus empleados, es decir no poner supervisores verdugos que solo se encargan de regañar a los empleados cuando uno se queja de algo, si yo me quejo es para que algo mejore, SER LLAMAN CRITICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS, hay que ver siempre lo positivo y ver en que se puede avanzar no estar viendo a quien vamos a correr por no hacer lo que el cliente pida,.. le falta sentido humanos a los jefes y supervisores.
