I have a feeling that none of the respectable hotel establishments have ever considered the matter that half of their clientele is either elderly or just plainly with bad eyes. When you do shave, as most of your male clients will do, one would greatly appreciate the proper lighting for shaving - not just the general lighting in the bath room. I wonder how do the ladies manage to do their make up???? Minor point but all the points - if even minor critic should be taken seriously! Yours truly Jussi January 4, 2015

This is the main reason why I chose this hotel while transiting way from New York to Puerto Vallarta. However hotel's only one restaurant made me and my wife very disappointed about food quality. Even though it was a Christmas Eve day, hotel was really empty. We are the only guest who had dinner around 9pm. January 3, 2015

Es mi segunda estancia en el segundo semestre de 2014 y en ambas me declaro satisfecho. Incluso con mi familia he platicado que nuestro próximo viaje a la ciudad de México considere alojarnos en este hotel. Sólo deseo hacer un comentario para la mejora continua: el encargado del área del restaurante (me parece que del turno diurno) es, sin duda, una persona muy eficiente, al pendiente de los comensales y de su personal. Sin embargo, como se le ha sugerido al tenista británico Andy Murray, deportista altamente competitivo "Andy ¿qué tal una sonrisa?". Da la impresión de estar en permanente tensión y por momentos su trato se percibe frío e impersonal. Insisto en que se nota que es eficaz y eficiente, pero un poquito de amabilidad auténtica (como pregunta la encuesta) nos har ia sentir aún mejor. Felicitaciones, Holiday Inn México Dalí Airport.
