Location & service!
This hotel has what you would expect from the HI chain: a set of minimum standards for a certain price range. But this particular hotel excels in service! From check in to waiters at the restaurant, etc. As frequent visitor of this part of Mexico City, I had been trying different hotels in the area at this price range. This one I will repeat in my next visit.

Me quede una sola noche, sin embargo me senti muy bien. No habia viajado a Mexico y todo el mundo me recibio con una sonrisa, La habitacion era muy silenciosa, perfecto para esta ciudad tan grande y ruidosa, en general estuve muy comodo. Muchas gracias y volvere.

They are under renovations
They did not had the room type available even I booked 3 weeks prior to my arrival. They change me to a lower level room with a lower rate, but the room was noisy, the phone wast not working and the bath was dirty and with water leak . They change me again to their new floor and the room was clean but still with some issues that they work to fix as soon as I reported them.
Over all the staff wanted to help but the way the hotel is being administrated during the renovations is Poor,
I have stayed on this hotel for the last 4 - 5 months once a month and the service is declining.

estuve un mes hospedado en este hotel y mi experiencia fue desde cambiar mas de 6 veces de habitación en los primeros 3 días hasta tener que lidiar con la incompetencia de la gerencia del hotel definitivamente nunca regresaría a este lugar ni lo recomiendo para nadie.

Don't be surprised if you do not receive a written confirmation of your reservation; an that they will not honor prior negotiated rates if you need additional nights. Staff is very "matter of fact" regarding pricing policy and don't care about your Priority Club Membership status. The hotel is under renovation and VIP dining area is no longer available.
