Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Cheating on prices I've been there 3 times in past months. One time they made me pay the room even if it was already paid by my Company; when they realize it, they sent me an email asking my bank account details in order to give me back relevant money....but they never did. I had to claim my money the following time I was there, and they gave me cash. Another time at check-in they advised that booked room was not available, and they could give an upgrade without any charge, but at check out they wanted to charge full price for that room, claiming that it was the booked fee (actually it was not)....had to spend quite a lot of time at front desk to have things fixed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Apoyan al comercio informal A pesar de que mi estadía siempre es buena en este hotel, esta vez me desilusioné por el apoyo de la cadena al comercio informal que tanto daño le hace a México. Cuando solicité un taxi para trasladarme al aeropuerto el botones llamó a un conductor con un vehículo sin registro de taxi. Antes de siquiera subirme el taxista comenzó a implorar al botones que me convenciera que viajara en el asiento delantero porque la policía federal los "molestaba" al llegar al aeropuerto si yo fuera como pasajero en la parte posterior del vehículo. Cuando increpé al botones sobre el tema me respondió que el hotel solo trabajaba con ese tipo de taxis. Qué decepción. June 28, 2014
