first night's king room was a handi-cap room. room was awful. next two nights were a king bed in a small room-awful room and smelled like urine. poor food on the night of 12/10. sent it back three times and still got charged for not eating it.

Good service attitud, good cleanliness and general conditions. They are doing efforts to make it a more friendly and confortable place dispite the location. My only sugestion is to pay attention to laundry process. I Always had to ask for my clouths while I expected to receive it with out have to remind it to the front desk.

Price to service level is bad. Would have paid the difference and stayed at the Intercontinental.
No upgrade for Platinum status or any type of special offering.
The only thing I did get was a 20 minute free spa treatment, and when I asked for it, the lady responsible did not show up to work that day.
Towels are very hard and in bad shape.
Would not stay here again.
Some of the Taxi driver's car's are really old and in bad shape. Not recommended for executive service.

I travel a lot and this hotel is simply OK. The location is busy and loud, the bed was standard, the water pressure was horrible (like showering in a slow leak), and the executive lounge was a joke. I have never been in a lounge where I would not eat or drink a thing before. If you are staying 1 night I would say tis is good enough. If you are staying multiple nights you might want to look elsewhere.

The receptionist is very close mind, she lies and she didn´t solve anything.
The mannager´s service was even worst, she doesn´t have the abiltiy to understand and solve problems kindly. She only said "I understand, but I can´t do anything"
First problem. The second morning the hotel didn´t have water, and nobody told us, they said that they delivered us a letter explaining the situtaion, but that never happened.
Second problem. I left my suitcase in the room where I spent te first night, and they offered me to change my suitcase to the new room they gave me. Above my suitcase there was the hotel parking ticket and I don´t now if they lost them or threw it away, but when I look for the ticket in this new room I couldn´t find it.
So I told this to the counter clerk and she told me that "she understand but they need the ticket for the car´s security, I understand and told her that we can match the name of the car´s bill with my I.D., then she said that I must pay $100 for the ticket replacement. I told her "I´m not going to pay because it is your fault because you never send the ticket to my new room".
She said "I understand but it´s the system problem" she called the mannager because, I was getting angry, and the mannager in a very stubborn way told me that I must pay anyway.
I was in a hurry so I pay, but not after I promise them not to come back ever.

I has to wait till 18:50 hrs. To use the Room.
I am very up set for this inconenient, because i hay a long trip And a long work day And ibhad to wait a lot when ussually in a bussiness class hotels the misión is vive us the comfort we spect after work.

This hotel should not be granted by Holiday Inn, my room was in very poor condition, dirty carpet, old furniture, bad smell.
I had to check out early, It .is a shame

In general it was a good experience. I liked it they recognized my Priority Club Members points. The location is so crowded, I mean, the traffic, maybe this is common in Mexico City.

Mi estancia fue excelente, sólo que en este hotel no hay beneficios adicionales que obtener puntos en hospedaje por ser socio Priority, es hotel es muy bonito y cuenta con buen servicio y excelente ubicación.

mi estancia en general fue buena, sólo que no me gustó que en mi caso no me hayan dado trato Priority, el hotel cuenta con habitaciones exclusivas para socios y a mi no me fue proporcionado este beneficio aún cuando soy socio desde el año 2004

Vivo en el DF, sin embargo en casa hay mucho agetreo, visitas, estudiantes, niños... Por lo que mi esposa y yo acostumbramos ir a este agradable hotel a relajarnos, desayunar bien en el Buffete que es muy bueno y descansar para volver a las actividades diarias.
Me gusta su ubicaciòn y que nadie nos conoce.
Disfrutalo, esta cerca de todo!
