This time I used my accumulated points, and it was very good. Room 607 in the Executive floor is great. Too bad I only spent one night. I had forgotten my charger for my cell, but ... good surprise ... there was an alarm clock radio waiting for my iphone! I must point out that I had a very good experience in excellent service from check in to check out. December 5, 2013

En la estadia del 14-15/11 porque no me asignan puntos. y en la estadia del 15-18/12 porque no me asignaron los puntos extras, habia reservado una habitacion en la cual una de las modalidades era que me dabna 1000 puntos extras por dia y solamente veo los puntos normales. Solicito tengan a bien de verificar mi estado de cuenta y cargar los puntos faltantes. desde ya muchas gracias December 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to Stay I stayed here one night on one of my business trips, I stayed on the Executive floor it was outstanding. I was upgrade to a suite which just blew my socks off. Unfortuntely I was unable to used the jetted tub but it was really a very nice room. I have stayed at two other Holiday Inns in Mexico City but they do not compare to this one. The room rate was also very good. I will be returning! October 24, 2013

Eso para la estancia de mi madre fue muy importante. gracias por ello. Y sí reconozco que hubo cambios importantes en este hotel, pero en temporadas "altas" si se elevan mucho los precios por la habitación aun cuando uno sea miembro del priority club. July 25, 2013

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, PEOPLE CARING , VERY POSITIVE ATTITUDE , CUSTOMER FOCUSED. THE ROOM SERVICE AND THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS AWESOME !!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by surprisingly good Location & service! This hotel has what you would expect from the HI chain: a set of minimum standards for a certain price range. But this particular hotel excels in service! From check in to waiters at the restaurant, etc. As frequent visitor of this part of Mexico City, I had been trying different hotels in the area at this price range. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Selling rooms that are not available They are under renovations They did not had the room type available even I booked 3 weeks prior to my arrival. They change me to a lower level room with a lower rate, but the room was noisy, the phone wast not working and the bath was dirty and with water leak . They change me again to their new floor and the room was clean but still with some issues that they work to fix as soon as I reported them. Over all the staff wanted to help but the way the hotel is being administrated during the renovations is Poor, I have stayed on this hotel for the last 4 - 5 months once a month and the service is declining. Don't be surprised if you do not receive a written confirmation of your reservation; an that they will not honor prior negotiated rates if you need additional nights. Staff is very "matter of fact" regarding pricing policy and don't care about your Priority Club Membership status. The hotel is under renovation and VIP dining area is no longer available. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by expected less... nice surprise After the bad reviews I read I expected the worse and was pleasantly surprised. Not the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever been but a very decent property with helpful and available staff. Excelent location in Mexico city to move around in such a busy city. Believe me in a business trip there, that's VERY important and I have been in 2 or 3 other Holiday Inns before. This one is the best connected if you have meeting in different locations north/center and southwest. Good restaurant, large and well equipped fitness center, and I definitly recommend the hotel's taxi drivers. These guys know all the shortcuts ! overall an excellent value, my new HQ in this complicated city. February 12, 2013

They are doing efforts to make it a more friendly and confortable place dispite the location. My only sugestion is to pay attention to laundry process. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Experience Price to service level is bad. Would have paid the difference and stayed at the Intercontinental. No upgrade for Platinum status or any type of special offering. The only thing I did get was a 20 minute free spa treatment, and when I asked for it, the lady responsible did not show up to work that day. Towels are very hard and in bad shape. Would not stay here again. Some of the Taxi driver's car's are really old and in bad shape. Not recommended for executive service. December 4, 2012

The location is busy and loud, the bed was standard, the water pressure was horrible (like showering in a slow leak), and the executive lounge was a joke. I have never been in a lounge where I would not eat or drink a thing before. If you are staying 1 night I would say tis is good enough. If you are staying multiple nights you might want to look elsewhere. November 13, 2012

The mannager´s service was even worst, she doesn´t have the abiltiy to understand and solve problems kindly. She only said "I understand, but I can´t do anything" First problem. The second morning the hotel didn´t have water, and nobody told us, they said that they delivered us a letter explaining the situtaion, but that never happened. Second problem. I left my suitcase in the room where I spent te first night, and they offered me to change my suitcase to the new room they gave me. Above my suitcase there was the hotel parking ticket and I don´t now if they lost them or threw it away, but when I look for the ticket in this new room I couldn´t find it. So I told this to the counter clerk and she told me that "she understand but they need the ticket for the car´s security, I understand and told her that we can match the name of the car´s bill with my I.D., then she said that I must pay $100 for the ticket replacement. I told her "I´m not going to pay because it is your fault because you never send the ticket to my new room". She said "I understand but it´s the system problem" she called the mannager because, I was getting angry, and the mannager in a very stubborn way told me that I must pay anyway. I was in a hurry so I pay, but not after I promise them not to come back ever. November 8, 2012
