This Holiday Inn is out of the norm. An old mansion with very nice detail and friendly and efficient staff.
We requested an extra bed and by the time we went up to the room, just after registering, the staff were installing the bed. "No sooner said, than done."
The area was once a great area and seems to be making a comeback. Hope it's a quick turn around.

Es un buen lugar para estancia de negocios. El hotel es pequeño sin embargo es acogedor y el personal es amable. Las recamaras están bastante bien y amplias.
En particular durante mi estancia tuve problemas con el flujo de agua caliente, se puede mejorar.

I have been upgraded as a Platinum Member to a suite. It was a very comfortable room. The only problem was the bathroom. It was old - and it needs renovation

I stayed at the hotel for a few days. the check-in process took 15-20 minutes. I wouldn't mind the 10-15 minutes if there were many people checking in, but i was the only one there.
One night, I ordered a cold sandwich, after 40 minutes they delivered it to my room. After 5 minutes they called and said that they couldn't charge it to my room and had to go downstairs and pay for it. When I asked for the reason, they said that it was the the hotel policy. They had my credit card number on file and I just didn't understand the reason I had to go downstairs for a $10 transaction.
The check out process was faster then the check in process and it took 10 minutes.
However, the doorman was a nice guy and every morning smiled and asked whether I needed a taxi... he was great, quick and very helpful.
