Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excelente ubicación Es un buen hotel antiguo, pero en proceso de remodelación , necesita mejorar el acceso al mismo ,ya que se debe ingresar por escaleras ,lo que dificulta a quien llega con maletas. Las habitaciones localizadas en el frente son ruidosas. February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great room & service but no hot water! I really liked this location and the room certainly fit my business needs. We enjoyed the drinks and the food plus the staff was very professional. My only issue was upon my exit, I had a very early morning flight to catch and the shower was cold. Nothing worse than starting your early morning and a long day of travel with a cold shower. I let the shower run for almost 20 mins hoping it would warm up and it never got tolerable. My coworker was in a different room and he had the same problem in his room as well. I certainly would stay there again and I'm sure the hot water issue will be addressed when I return in April. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel in Zona Rosa While I prefer staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Reforma (just around the corner of this hotel), it was a nice experience without complains. Like the restaurant/breakfast room. The room was nice and had a great view of Mexico City downtown. I would suggest to increase lighting at the front entrance at night, as the area around the hotel was pretty dark when I walked it. Steep entrance stairway but staff helped with the luggage immediately. February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Casi perfecto Visite Holiday Inn Zona Rosa con la intencion de pasar un día lejos del ruido de las reparacionesdemi casa, quede totalmente renovado con un descanso casi perfecto, la habitación es sobria y muy agradable, espaciosa y lo mejor, limpia, impecable, es el lugar perfecto para alejarse un mometo de lo cotidiano, es centrico y con un ambiente placenteo. gracias por darme uno de mis mjores dias para descansar. Solo recomendaré mejorar el servicio de comida en el desayuno y la actitud delos meseros ya que fue desagradable y descortes, lenta y no limpiaban las mesas de personas que teminaban de desayunar, pero todo lo agradable del lugar propició que pasara por alto lo desagradable del desayuno. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Mexico is known for its friendly people and this hotel is full of friendly staff. Jose Antonio at the reception desk takes care of you as if you were family. I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year and the people is what keeps me coming back. I hardly ever eat at the restaurant but everyone seems to know my name when I walk by, it's like being home.
