Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable stay Taxi drivers don't know the proper location of this hotel, they confuse with Holiday Inn located at Reforma Avenue... I was not able to sleep because of too much noise coming from upstairs, seemed like if somebody were dragging chairs on the floor... Awake since 06:30 am..!! On the other hand I must recognize that people is kind and friendly...!! December 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not for smokers I have purchased a smoking room and was forced to get to the balcony every time.... Alright I do generally not smoke in the room when I have the possibility to get on a balcony but just on a limited basis when I work on my PC!!! But being forced to do so, even this room was offered as a smoking room I am getting upset since it should be definitely noted or advised when making the booking/reservation. Also the poor location of it in the "zona roas" which in real is far away from where things happens gives a bad smell to the hotels name.... I consider zona rosa should not be promoted as is in the description..... December 6, 2013

Rooms are spacious, but air conditioning only in the master bedroom, if you need to stay in the living room, that might be too hot, for this time it was good, but summer it might get too hot. As a suggestion to hotel staff, you might offer ham and cheese in you breakfast table. September 21, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unfair You have a large city here. The taxi driver delivered me to a different hotel. Only after I checked in and it was too late (two blocks away), your company would not cancel my reservation and you took my money. You then promised to send me a voucher to stay there at any time in the future, but no voucher was sent. I'm sorry that I cannot give your company a better review. Your company should have contingencies for clients under extraordinary conditions. So, unless the voucher does come, I probably won't ever book in a Holiday Inn again. July 21, 2013

The cab service the hotel called charged us 3 times the price that was quoted, which makes for an uncomfortable experience and an argument. Breakfast was nice, coffee very tasty. There are nicer hotels for same price. I chose this because it was a very last minute decision to leave for Mexico City. Not EXACTLY in Zona Rosa March 1, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recommend top floor if you can wait for hot water I looked at the 3rd floor and it was kind of dark and stuffy because other buildings block the light and view. The top (6th) floor is light and airy with a nice view and balcony. Make sure to open the windows to let it air out. The only problem on the top floor is that the shower takes literally almost 10 minutes to get hot. The tech could not fix it because the water heater is in the basement. So plan accordingly. Room is nice and big with a separate living room area. Very good central location is safe and quiet with nearby cafes and a 7Eleven convenience store across the street. For transportation ask the front desk to call a "taxi de sitio" instead of taking the private car service at the hotel. Much cheaper and just as safe. January 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by its a great place I was there on business, having previously stayed at the Coyocatun (mistake). The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, and overall a comfortable HI to stay. It was convenient to the Zona Rosa, which I walked to every day. I will try a newer HI next time, to compare the ZR resort to this one. For the price, it cant be beat. December 10, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check in took half and hour! I have been in several Holiday Inn and never been hold up so much at the check in, even though I have a Priority Club #. The iron in the room did not worked well, I asked for it to be replaced but it never happen. At the check out, I requested an invoice (factura) from my stay. The person at the lobby took my email and promise to send it but it has not happened. November 28, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Sin acceso a discapacitados Es necesario que tengan rampas para discapacitados, ya que el hotel no cuenta con ningún acceso a discapacitados y eso se ve muy mal ya que en estos tiempos es algo lógico q se debe de tener, mas q al entrar al hotel es una mega escalera y no es posible que no piensen en personas con discapacidad, y las camas estan demasiado duras parece q uno esta durmiendo en una piedra no tienen ningún nivel de confort, siempre nos hemos hospedado en esta cadena de hoteles y es la única que tiene este problema, ojala lo que escribimos sea tomado en cuenta y si tenemos la necesidad de volver a regresar encontremos un cambio en el hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Estadía de urgencia Realmente no tenia contemplado hospedarme en este hotel pero fue el unico de la cadena que consegui en la zona. En general la estancia bien pero creo que pueden mejorar el servicio del restaurante. El hotel tenía una exposición y me sente en una mesa a cenar pero los meseros estaban distraidos levantando mesas y haciendo arreglos cuando por fin se decidieron a tomar mi orden (20 minutos despues) me indicaron que ya no me podian preparar una cena caliente por que cerraban a las 10:00 (eran las 10:10). Al final si me atendieron pero me hicieron pasar un mal rato. Fuera de eso el hotel cumple con lo que buscaba. July 13, 2012
