Site advertises airport shuttle.
I called in advance for shuttle and receptionist said it would be no problem.
I was picked up at airport by shuttle and driven to the hotel. Driver was friendly despite it being 2am.
When I arrived I tipped the driver $5. Five minutes after I made it to my room the reception called to inform me I owed the shuttle driver 650 pesos. No mention of cost was made before. Taxis only charge 120 pesos. I brought this up to the receptionist and he shrugged his shoulders saying nothing could be done and he was sorry the website was wrong and he would change it. As of a week later the website is still wrong.
Another error with the webpage is breakfast is not included. I asked for a coffee and confirmed(in spanish) it was free. The waiter said yes. I asked for it to go and once he poured it I left for the taxi. While I waited for the taxi the waiter followed me and handed me a bill for 50 pesos. Well overpriced for a paper cup brew coffee from the lobby, especially when the original price was 0.
I also requested a taxi to be at the hotel at 9am following morning and he made the note in the nightly log. At 9am I went to the lobby and no one had called a taxi. When I asked them to they said it would be 15-20 minutes. I walked outside 1 block to a taxi stand and picked on up 2 minutes later.
Do not stay here. Terrible service, no one accepts responsibility and would rather have their money than a satisfied customer.

El trato del personal fue agradable. Es comodo quedarse en este hotel. Me gustaría que en mi próxima estancia me dieran una habitación más amplia.

Además de esta estancia, la semana pasada del 2 al 3 junio fue la misma persona en la salida, malo par atender, poco amable y además le pedí me regresara el voucher que firme abierto, l día 2 que llegué y me dio una explicación que ni él se la cree y NO quiso dármela, normalmente me lo dan.
Aparte como que no le sabe al sistema, siempre batalla p imprimir la factura, tiene que llegar otra persona que si es amable y conoce para hacerlo.
Yo considero que no le gusta trabajar ahí, pésima atención.
