Just stopped in for a night while transferring planes. The hotel and room were decent, and the staff went out of their way to be courteous. But I can't say that I would choose the South Beach area to vacation. Everything is way overpriced, and who needs the big city hustle and bustle when you're vacationing.

We had a cruise the following day and wanted a nice hotel for a night. This hotel was in a great location not far from the port of Miami. We didn't actually need to leave the property. Kids ate free at the restaurant so we had dinner and breakfast the following morning, at the hotel. A nice beach in front of the hotel, and the pool was great. In previous trips for cruises, we have just used the hotel for a stay. It was so nice to take advantage of the time and not just hang out in the room. We utilized the pool, beach, restaurant, lobby area, and wifi. All were great and we had a great day to kick off our vacation.
Overall, it's clean, the staff is extremely professional and kind, from valet, to front desk to the restaurant. It has a great lobby area that is open, clean and nice to kick back in. The room was clean, property in good condition, and we will stay there again our next time to Miami.

My daughters and I loved staying here - everyone was so friendly and courteous and attended to us immediately! We were made to feel genuinely welcomed by all the staff who seemed to genuinely CARE about ensuring we had a good stay! The hotel is spotless and lovely, the room was wonderful and the bathroom was very updated. The pool was large and convenient and had tons of chairs and umbrellas and the hammocks under the palms by the Tiki bar was an amazingly relaxing spot. It was a treat to stay in an oceanfront hotel and to walk on the beach at night. Wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to come back next summer!
