Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Proof that Marketing Works This hotel advertises a lot on an International Photography web site chat forum. It's call Ugly Hedgehog. Strange name I know, but professional photogs from all over the world exchange ideas and give advice. I'm on it a lot, it's where I found this hotel. Smart marketing guys!! Again, the dinner was outstanding. The bartender very entertaining and likeable. Downside??? Difficult to find shuttle at airport, we waited for 40 minutes to find it. Shuttle to Cruise Port was great, driver very personable, polite and worked hard. I'm disappointed more people did not tip him. We sure did!! Dave January 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NICE HOTEL VERY NICE HOTEL, CHECK THE PILLOW CASES THEY ARE MARKED SOFT AND FIRM BUT ITS WHITE THREAD ON A WHITE PILLOW CASE. I WOULD GO TO THE BURGER KING ACROSS THE STREET BEFORE I WOULD USE THE HOTEL RESTAURANT AGAIN! THATS WHAT WE DID FOR BREAKFAST. January 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In need of update We just stopped by for a night's sleep on our way from the Caribean to California. The location is near the airport but we were never able to find the shuttle to the hotel. Had to take a taxi. The facility has not been part of HI general refreshing of the brand. It looks old and worn. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a HI. The "Ambassador upgrade" was a joke. The noice level from the street was bad. One positive aspect: The top floor restaurant has a nice view. January 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor shuttle service Pickup from MIA took more than 40 minutes. We waited, then we called at 45 minutes after the hour. We were told we would not see a van until 20 minutes after the next hour because the vans leave the hotel every half hour on the half hour. So if it's a 20 minute trip, why won't we see the 6:30 shuttle at 6:50? No intelligible answer. January 22, 2015

The biggest problem for me was that I was charged for my room when it was supposed to be a complimentary room since I had 27 rooms for that one night and an additional 10 rooms for Jan 18. I'm just returning from cruising with the group and hope my credit card has been credited with that charge. January 20, 2015
