Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle to Airport When I returned to Miami, I waited for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I saw every hotel shuttle in Miami pass by, some 3 times before the Holiday Inn bus ever arrived. I don't know what the driver was doing, but he wasn't making his rounds. Another lady got on the bus right after me and said she had been waiting 40 minutes. Also, the room at the hotel was very dated. Property needs repair and renovating. I would not stay here again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience I have stayed at many Holiday Inns before, and this was not a positive expereince. I felt there was false advertising in the hotel's access to the harbor and downtown areas. When my guest and I went to the hotel bar for a drink, the bar tender was put out and made my second mixed drink IN THE SAME GLASS, using the same ice as before. I was disappointed with my stay and will not use this hotel again. January 7, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience till checkout was given this pre-paid stay as a Christmas present to visit a friend. Parents took care of everything before checkin. Even called the hotel, emailed cc information for room charges and everything. upon checkout was confronted with the rudest desk clerk. had no clue about my stay, had confirmation sheet, told her about my parents call to the hotel that morning, the email with cc info, to no avail. would not even call Albert, the Reservation Manager with whom my parents email went to. was told by the clerk i had to use my own card to pay for the room. after a call to parents, who called and got in touch with Albert, things suddenly reversed and he fixed the bill. now he should fix the desk clerk. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not stay at this hotel I stay in many IHG hotels all over the U.S. & Europe, most if not all are good quality & value for the spend, the service was good at this hotel, but the hotel is not nice, should have been remodeled about 10-12 years ago. There is a shuttle every 1/2 hr. to the airport and my burger from the lounge was good. Staff tries hard to provide good service, just can't overcome the poor hotel conditions. It is not in an area that is good to walk somewhere to get a meal or anything else. Also very noisy with the airport runway right behind the airport. December 21, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Customer Service This was our second\third time staying at this hotel. We originally chose it because of the convenience of getting to the port for a cruise. However, we returned this year for another cruise and intentionally chose this site because of the great staff, good food, airport shuttle, port shuttle, and mall shuttle. Also they have a good restaurant upstairs connected to a club. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This will forever be our go to hotel when in Miami. December 17, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One of the WORST hotel stays EVER! Oh geez, where do I begin! We arrived after midnight, and we were quickly given card keys to our two rooms (we had 6 in our party) Our friends went to their room only to find it was already rented TO SOMEONE! The half awake man came to the door wondering who was trying to get into his room! They gave our friends another room, and that one had the carpet torn up, and a big dryer/blower machine thing in the middle of a STINKY room! Third time is a charm I guess, they got another room. The next morning when we went to the front desk to check out the younger girl was appologetic and gave us coupons for their buffet breakfast....which was awful! Dry and tasteless :( Our room was old and falling apart, the bathroom door didn't even line up to close properly! Rust in the bathroom had been just painted over instead of taken care of properly. AWFUL time, we couldn't wait to get out of there. NEVER AGAIN. December 12, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Oasis at the Airport We love staying here when we fly out of Miami. My wife and I live in Tampa a so after a long drive or flight this Holiday inn is a real jem. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is excellent and the food and drinks wonderful. A free shuttle to/from the airport is a is an added bonus. Thanks very much Holiday Inn staff for our oasis at the airport. November 8, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle drivers bad, room was ok If you need to depend on the shuttle to the airport, go somewhere else. The shuttle schedule is slow, the drivers reckless. The room was sufficiently comfortable but the AC unit had poor controls and we got a view of a wall through the window. November 3, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mia Review This stay was not as nice as my other stays here. I asked the desk clerk for directions and he said he would send them up. An hour later I approached him on my way out and he winced and rushed to print something out. It was no help. I had used the boarding pass printing process and it worked great - this time I had to ask for help twice, I was getting frustrated and just kept trying different process and finally printed out the BP. I had to take the second bus, glad I gave myself enough time. I was disappointed with the room, I don't like looking out and seeing the wall of the adjacent room. This was my first unenjoyable stay at this facility. November 2, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by never ever will stay in this HORRIBLE HOTEL again there was a party on the 9th floor with loud latin music and lots of people jumping and screaming, we were on the 6th floor and we could listen everything, we called the front desk many times and nothing was made, the knoc knoc knoc on the floor caused by the womens shoes was so annoying that I had to go downstairs at 1 AM to fight with them, I almost called the police! they said they could do nothing because somebody had rented the place to make the party. At 1:30 I called the 1-800 phone that I found on holiday inn webpage, and told them about the problem, they called the front desk to try to solve the problem, almost 2 AM they propose to give us another room, they putted us in a conference room in the second building because the hotel was full, it was OK to sleep but considering the stress and that we would have to wake up at 5:30 AM, we slept almost nothing... this was the worse night in a hotel in my whole life, I was happy in being a priority member, but now I am not sure anymore, I could consider staying in the program if they at least refund me the night LOST at this hotel and an apology letter would be appreciated. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A text book welcome After a transatlantic flight, jet lag had set in by the time we arrived at the hotel. The ease of check in and the calm but sincere welcome from Ronald made us feel so at ease and comfortable - I hope his boss realises what a treasure they have in him. Because of the hour we ordered room service which arrived swiftly and was hot and tasty. Breakfast was well presented and had plenty of variety. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. In summary, having spent a lot of time in Holiday Inn's I can happily say this is one of the best ones I've ever stayed in. The combination of excellent staff, comfortable rooms and great service makes this a place to return to. October 19, 2012
