Excelente localização, porém não gostei de saber que suco de laranja é cobrado a parte. O hotel tem poucas informaçoes sobre oportunidade de lazer e turismo. O preço do estacionamento de 27 USD por dia é caríssimo. No mais, o hotel é bom. Reservei um quarto com cama dupla, quando tentei reservar mais diárias com apenas uma cama, o valor da diária ficou muito caro. Saí do hotel e fui para um outro hotel com melhores condições de preço e com estacionamento incluído.

This hotel is consistently great. Perfect location for Bayside, Heat games and everything downtown is within walking distance. Suites are always great here, bed very comfortable. Staff very responsive and give room upgrades when possible. Wonderful Hotel!

This hotel came highly recommended by our travel agent. We were staying overnight before our Disney Cruise. I can just tell you this was one of the worst experiences I have had and we stay at holiday Inn's very often. First the cost was a bit high, but we knew that for the area this was the best we can get. I do have to say that this hotel was a great location across from shopping and the ocean. But that was the only thing that was great. Upon check in we requested that we have joining room since there were 7 of us in our 2 room party. We were told that this would not be a problem.
SInce we arrived very early, our luggage was taken to a secure location while we could walk around the city. We were told we were not able to use the pool and the hotel restaurant was not yet open. At 3 pm, only one of our rooms was ready and at this point we were told that we did not have joining rooms. The person I spoke with told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do for us and unfortunately they could not meet our request. Additionally our second room was not ready until 330. This was not only bad service, it was hard for our party to be separated since we were traveling with children.
They only provided us with one bag of coffee in each room and it took them 45 minutes to provide u s with more coffee. Additionally, it was 2.50 per coffee in the restaurant. The check out process was really long and drawn out. They did not ask if I was a IHG Rewards member at the time of check out or check in.
The gentleman who helped us with the bags was great but this was the only good part of our experience. Like I said previously, I tend to stay at Holiday Inn's (usually expresses) as often as I can since the service is usually stellar. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Expensive room and we ended up in a room facing a wall!!! A dirty one at that. We expected a little better than that.
Room itself was fine.
Service not good. We both walk with canes. Very difficult to carry luggage. No luggage cart offered although we saw one the following day. My husband nearly fell in front of the desk. Someone came out from behind the desk to help turn the suitcase back over. We struggled to get things to our room.
The pool was cloudy..we didn't swim because of that reason.
We have stayed in Holiday Inn's before but none that were in this state. A pity for Holiday Inn and even more a disappointment for us.

Stayed here for one night pre-cruise in early April. Hotel was perfectly located close to Bayside Marketplace and the port.
Hotel was clean - staff at check-in were friendly and efficient - able to make good dining recommendations. All staff we encountered - from front desk - housekeeping - restaurant staff were all courteous, friendly and efficient. The hotel is older and the room itself was clean but starting to show it's age but at the same time, perfectly serviceable. We felt for the price we paid, we were very pleased overall. Would not hesitate to stay here again . Should mention also the clerk at check-in provided us a high-level room with a great view of the harbour!
