Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family of 5 On our second stay we arrived early from a cruise, as IHG Gold members we were offered a room immediately which was extremely useful to us. Room was large enough to accommodate all 5 of us easily, great views and near to restaurants and shops. Gym was adequate and laundry was very handy. We didn't use the pool or restaurant but both were clean and looked fabulous. January 22, 2015

The sleep sofa in the living room was very comfortable. Convenient to any needed shopping or dining. January 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location but too much noise Booked this hotel a year in advance for a 2 night pre cruise so I was disappointed when we got a room right in front of the elevators. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full so they couldnt do anything. The front desk staff was great and the beds comfortable but the staff in the restaurant at breakfast were not friendly and made us feel like we had to take the buffet and not order from the menu so we didn't go back the next morning. The walls were so thin, we could hear people in the other room snooring and even talking so you can imagine how much noise there was being near the elevators. The location is great being just across the Bayside marketplace, near a CVS and the metromover. January 19, 2015

I gave the clerk a debit card that was to be used. That did not happen. My credit card was charged. January 19, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms clean but terrible restaurant service We are platinum members while rooms were clean. The restaurant service at night was terrible. Waiter was rude and acted annoyed with us. Minimally staffed for packed hotel on a Saturday night. The waiter could not understand English although we repeated the order several times. TVS are everywhere, but they could not change channels when 3 families asked them to do due to several children asking what terrorists were during Terrorist coverage by CNN. We asked 2 times for them to change the channel and they could not figure out how to do it. It took 45 minutes for food to come and they did not offer to comp us. Very Very disappointed with restaurant service. Breakfast buffet ok, but eggs tasted funny. We would stay again but not go to restaurant. January 18, 2015
