Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Short-Term Stays This property is a good value choice for a short-term stay in the Miami area. The location is convenient to Miami International Airport and all the typical tourist destinations in the Miami area. We stayed twice at this property, always for two nights, within a two week period. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was efficient. The rooms were fairly spacious and the beds very comfortable. The Wifi was good, but the Wifi password was changed every day which was a bit annoying. There was ample free parking and the area felt very secure. I would not hesitate to use this property again. February 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Great, Breakfast up the game As I stated earlier in this survey, I cannot say enough good things about the Front Desk Customer Service or the high quality of the Managment that permeated through the experience. The lobby, outside of hotel, even parking were well kept and made for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast could be improved. You guys are in Miami put out some Cuban pasteries! Offer some Cuban coffee! The standard roadside motel breakfast was not reflective of the high standard that you guys set through all other asspects of the hotel. To end on a good note though (because this was a very good experience) the bar tender was very friendly and made me a very good Mojito. Honestly, it was good, he was friendly and represented the same excellent customer service that I experienced with every staff member that I encountered during my stay. February 19, 2015
