Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service From our first contact via telephone to arrange accommodations, through our check-in to our very restful night prior to our scheduled departure on a cruise, we could not have been more pleased. After calling one property in Miami, they could not provide shuttle service to the Port of Miami, however, the reservation clerk immediately responded with the property we ultimately stayed in that offered a Cruise Package that included room, seven additional nights of parking for our vehicle and free transportation to the Port of Miami. Our accommodations were superb, especially given that we were upgraded to a suite without requesting this valued upgrade. May 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent to cover jetlag booked this property to cover our jetlag after a 10 hrs flight from Frankfurt. Pick-up shuttle from MIA worked just fine after a call at the front desk. Next day shuttle to MIA to pick up rental car also very good. Had a small meal at the Restaurant and a very good nights sleep. May 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good MIA location The staff was very friendly and attentive to any issue that I had (copies, directions, etc.). There are several restaurants within walking distance. If you are on an extended stay, the public park across the street is a great place to walk or jog. For a hotel, the food is good, reasonably priced, and served by very nice people. May 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking Follow-through My wife and I stayed at this location in early March. This facility is nice, plus very handy to the airport and the Doral area. Our room was comfortable. The custmer service was good at the front desk until we left, but when we later had an issue with a 6 dollar charge we shouldn't have had on our bill, I couldn't get it resolved in spite of calling twice. The first time I called I was told it would be taken care of. It wasn't. The second time, I was told a manager would call. They didn't. I can afford the extra 6 dollars - my time has value and I can't keep chasing this refund down. But it is disappointing to be promised service that is not delivered. May 11, 2015

A very nice place to relax and unwind. I have several additional weeks planned for the next month and a half at this location. Look forward to the next visit. May 10, 2015
