I need to visit this area often over the next year and although my project will be about a 30-40 minute drive from your hotel, I will be making that drive every time I am in NY. Jordan the chef made me a delicious steak dinner that wasn't on the menu. Sylvia/Gisella the bartender gave me excellent service. James and Doris gave me excellent service. (James went to someone's room to get a remote so I could nerd out on my Xbox... Can't change the inputs?!?!) Mike from IT help me connect so I could play and keep my mind off being away from my family. Thank you staff! Please forward this to the Holiday Inn/Suites community as I am a frequent traveler and had gotten away from Holiday Inns but this experience has changed that. Let them know I will start using my rewards club membership a lot more often again because of this location. Sincerely April 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by smoking ruined whole stay In a nonsmoking facility I would be able to give higher scores; cigarette smoke ruined our stay. Staff were helpful but they were unable to control the smoke seeping out of the smoking section and into our hallway and under our room door. We will not be returning until they band smoking within the building April 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Last Year was great, this year they have to improve. Room and bathroom room was dirty, brought this to front desk, took care of the room, not of the bathroom. Rest of the hotel is good. Hotel needs to put a restriction in amount of pets by guest. Stay same hotel last year, From Last year to this one, different perception of this hotel. April 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful Stay in Middletown Overall, Holiday Inn is a very nice hotel to stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is very comfortable place to stay.. The karaoke is fun, if only the bar is a little bigger, And hope the pool will open until 10PM. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, comfortable bed, limited hot water I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the microwave and mini-fridge. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping. However, every morning when I showered the water would become cold within a few minutes of showering. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff and they replaced a shower valve but it did not solve the problem; I think it is with their hotel hot water system. April 14, 2015
