Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No, no, no, to football on the TV in the restaurant! Having stayed in the hotel on many occasions, I have found that the food in the hotel restaurant has improved, however, still the tv is put on for a select few hotel residents to watch football matches. I can understand football on the tv in the bar, however, please stop it in the restaurant - it is not appropriate and not everyone wants to be forced to listen to it whilst eating their dinner!! Otherwise the hotel is satisfactory and convenient for the airport, it is quiet and comfortable. April 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No wake up call I stayed inthe hotel which is 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are recently renovated and are nice and modern. However I asked for a wake up call at 5.30 AM cause I was having an early flight to connect in Paris for LAX. They didn`t called me, I had to take a cab to the airport that was 25 euros and lost my flight and the only thing that the front desk told me was "sorry". Nice hotel, dont trust the service. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stop-over while travelling I would say everything would have been great if the staff had not been so unprofessional. When we arrived (my family) the gentleman at the reception did not care to look at our face and was very grumpy (however, I cannot demand a smile). I asked for slippers and he only gave me 2 (we are a family of 4) because he just couldn't please me. Great night sleep, spacious and comfortable family room with connecting rooms. Breakfast: who knows? When we entered the empty breakfast room we were invited to leave because I was told that I had not paid for it. I insisted that my reservation included breakfast. So, we just left the room. At check-out, the lady at the reception told me that she checked my reservation and I was right about breakfast but it was too late. That was so unprofessional! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average airport hotel Quiet hotel, very convenient for Milan Linate Airport - the hotel/airport shuttle service is of huge benefit. The hotel is a little dated but rooms are clean and functional. Surprisingly, the restaurant lacks finesse and good quality Italian food at a reasonable price - choice is limited. Having said that, for convenience, I have used this hotel several times and will probably continue to use it and its overall value is acceptable. February 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a shining jewel, but it does the trick Staff were ok, rooms were clean enough and fairly comfortable. Entire property was a bit sparse. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice. Parking was free and the fact that a shuttle was available is a plus, but there was little else. While the location is good if you are looking for a place near the airport, I would not recommend this as a place to base an Italian holiday from , unless you have a car. Value is OK, Comfort is decent. Not really up to the level of other Holiday Inn properties I have stayed at in Europe, but it does the trick for a place near the airport. January 21, 2013
