Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and convenient location We stayed here for 3 days to see Milano, then we went to Verona and Padua for 4 days before returning here for 1 night. While we were away, the hotel kept our large bags for us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay a pleasure. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was a bargain for the price. Breakfast staff was also very good. We had a room on the front side of the hotel where the tram passes, but it did not disturb our sleep. For Americans, any European room is smaller than what we have at home, but this one was just fine. It is about a 7 minute walk to the Garibaldi Station where we got the Metro to take us anywhere we wanted to go to see the sights. I appreciated being acknowledged as a Platinum member and I also appreciated the bonus point certificate they gave me. My husband ate dinner at the hotel one night and felt it was a little overpriced. July 25, 2014
