Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average stay. Hotel is not bad. Just a couple of things that let me down. First of all at check in I've not been recognized as a Rewards Club Member. Second, in one of our room one of the television wasn't working, I mentioned the problem twice at the reception but nothing has been done. Breakfast personnel smiling and polite, didn't use the restaurant for dinner. Hotel is a bit expensive but not too much considering the central location. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the garage as i approached the hotel with a car, my satnav led me to the rear to the garage. the garage entrance is very dirty, and the sign, which of the 3 adjacent garages is holiday inn, is difficult to see. the way into the hotel from the garage is through a sleeping area, which is certainly not ideal, and is indeed confusing. on the plus side was the superb box spring matress. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Trams @@ Unfortunately our booking wasn't available when I arrived, so we needed to separate the family into two rooms. The staff service was excellent and professional, the room was lacking robes, tooth brush, soap, slippers. After a long trip it was disappointing that I wasn't able to get laundry services, or iron my shirt. The passing trams rumbled the hotel and rumbled the room. Maybe the tram people need to fix their tracks! I would only go back to thank the staff for a great job, but the property needs new management. and a discussion with the tram way board to fix their tracks. October 10, 2014
