Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Trams @@ Unfortunately our booking wasn't available when I arrived, so we needed to separate the family into two rooms. The staff service was excellent and professional, the room was lacking robes, tooth brush, soap, slippers. After a long trip it was disappointing that I wasn't able to get laundry services, or iron my shirt. The passing trams rumbled the hotel and rumbled the room. Maybe the tram people need to fix their tracks! I would only go back to thank the staff for a great job, but the property needs new management. and a discussion with the tram way board to fix their tracks. October 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and friendly; recommended All fine; friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms everywhere. It's a bit out of the way but not too much of a problem. They arranged taxis very promptly and efficiently for us. They got the bill slightly wrong; we were charged for four breakfasts each; we only had three but I didn't spot that till later. Otherwise a nice stay and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Would or will use it again October 9, 2014

Breakfast consisted of a variety of foods and provided a balanced and interesting meal. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. October 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, comfortable bed and warm bath We had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was very understanding and co-operate in ensuring that our bag, lost by the airline, would be kept in their safe-keeping when delivered. They informed us promptly when our lost bag was delivered to the hotel even though we had checked out. We also liked it proximity to the Garibaldi Station. We want to tell guests of this hotel if they are using the subway or trains to get to Garibaldi Station, please use Platform No. 20 to get out to street level, and then the hotel is a short 5-7 minute walk. Otherwise, you can get lost trying to find how to get to the hotel from the Garibaldi Station. October 5, 2014
