Quite dirty. The personel is underqualified, including, unfortunately, the duty Manager. 12hours was not enough to bring enough to well and bathrobes, slippers to accomodate the amount of guest. The plumbing does not work as well.

窗外車子經過的聲音, 清晰可以聽到, 尤其是電車的聲音, 晚上較難入睡, 建議別住靠街道的房間

Andrea has checked me into the hotel and provided excellent attention, service and information to me and my family. I was greeted by him everyday without fail and his high level of customer service is greatly impressed by me. Thank you Andrea.

If not for two staffs, Bartolo and Gina, the stay would have been less than satisfactory. These are two great staff that make my stay more pleasant. they are helpful and very friendly. This hotel has two convenient tram stops at its door step to bring me to Duomo and The Castle and back. Has two great supermarket nearby. Fortunately, there was this guest manager Andriano who help sort out the billing error. Other than that, this is a very good place to stay with very good authentic italian retaurant nearby and reasonable price too.

Good and bad location at one. Good one cause you have 10 minutes by tram to Duomo. Bad cause dangerous people living in this neighbourhood.
Hotel was good, but very average. And staff at front desk was a little bit rude and cocky with no reason.
