Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stingy Hotel location is good, room given was tiny, but comfortable enough. Travelling quite much in other Holiday Inn hotels and comparing them the worst feeling was how the hotel is stingy about simple hospitality, no water in the room, don't even think about fruit or other things. As a Platinum member I was somehow treated much better in other places. When I asked why in my colleagues room they put water and in mine none the answer was because the other room is Superior (it was upgraded) and mine was Standard, which is a kind of absurd. So after claiming they sent two bottles of water (total cost for the hotel probably something like 30 cents local currency) which were not renewed during the whole 4 days stay, in none of the rooms. So all in over good location, hotel is ok, but letting feel people welcome is another story. December 9, 2014

Along with the in depth knowledge I showed the team with me of the pizza menu's 'Calzo nie fells thats what we need' it all went swimmingly. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average stay. Hotel is not bad. Just a couple of things that let me down. First of all at check in I've not been recognized as a Rewards Club Member. Second, in one of our room one of the television wasn't working, I mentioned the problem twice at the reception but nothing has been done. Breakfast personnel smiling and polite, didn't use the restaurant for dinner. Hotel is a bit expensive but not too much considering the central location. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the garage as i approached the hotel with a car, my satnav led me to the rear to the garage. the garage entrance is very dirty, and the sign, which of the 3 adjacent garages is holiday inn, is difficult to see. the way into the hotel from the garage is through a sleeping area, which is certainly not ideal, and is indeed confusing. on the plus side was the superb box spring matress.
