No answer from reception phones so each time I walked all the way back with my luggage. Check in process took almost an hour. Ended up in the final room with a portable heater. December 23, 2014

Close to most offices and right across from the MK Centre you cannot get a more convenient location for your trip to MK. Highly recommend this hotel and the team who run it. KD December 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Location. Our purpose for this visit was, Shopping and visiting Bletchley Park. The Hotel is ideally located for both. Especially the shopping Centre which is only a Short walk through The Underpass. Front desk staff were excellent and the Foyer and Bar are impressive. December 19, 2014

Food Menu did not have many veggie options, plus it took over an hour to come. Breakfast was good though. Leisure facilities are very out dated, and could do with a massive refresh. December 16, 2014
