Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I'll never stay here again This hotel has multiple issues. They have park and fly but it it way oversold and there are no parking spots. Our rental car got hit in the parking lot because no parking spaces and we had to park on the curb crammed in with all the other cars. Also the rooms have a horrible odor like beef soup. Everthing I had in the room smelled like beef Raman noodles when I left and it was so pungent it was difficult to even sleep much less relax. The printers in the business center also don't work and staff really didn't care. I had to use the front desk computer to print off stuff I needed for work. Kinda weird to be working at the front desk while people were checking in and asking me questions about the hotel like I worked there. Already told travel agent to blacklist this hotel for future Milwaukee trips. 2 BIG thumbs down. March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good night sleep....but scuttle service :( great sleep. The shuttle to the airport was on time, Great driver who had a sense of humor. When we called for the shuttle to pick us up it took forever to get there. We stood outside in the construction zone for longer than the flight took from Chicago to Milwaukee. I called the hotel 3 times to find out if it was on the way. March 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst night ever at this hotel I have used the park and ride option from this hotel probably 10 times in the last 3 years. This last stay was by far the worst that I have ever had. First of all the motel was undergoing renovations. There was no warning of this by the hotel. In the past I have had other hotels email me about the ongoing construction. The registration person failed to recognize my Holiday Inn status and was very disorganized. After I got to my room I remembered that I did not get my free drink tickets and had to go back to ask for them. I then took them to the bar and asked for 2 drinks. The bartender explained to me that she was new and that I would have to help her mix the drink. I switched my order to beer. My family went to bed early because we had a 5:00 flight. Our neighbor then went into a door slamming rage for 2 hours. At 11:00 I went to the desk to complain and I was told by one of the attendants that the noise would be taken care of. The door slamming continued until 12:45. We were on the first floor and the hallway was very noisy until after 1AM. I will stay at another hotel the next time I need a park n ride option. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday Bash The staff who checked us in was wonderful and then came the night manager! My sister left her room to go to the casino and when she returned 5 in the morning her key did not work. The manager was called up and had an attitude and he was very disrespectful! They finally got the door open and when she asked if they could switch room he became more nastier and she stated that she did not deserve his attitude and stated that her and her kids can leave he then told her to leave! Wow we could not wait to speak to a manager in the morning. My sister eventually was given a new room with an adjustment to her bill! March 11, 2015

The staff were great and very helpful in resolving the issue we had with the new sofa bed. March 10, 2015
