Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stay in Minot We have been coming to Holiday Inn Riverside for ~2 years now, 3-4 times a year, to attend Lions meetings and leadership training. We've found the service to be great, the accommodations and meals just fine, and everything as we need it for our business and training sessions. Prices are quite reasonable, too. We'd recommend it as a good conference centre or for a stay during travel. March 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business Trip I had an enjoyable time staying here, the stay were willing to help where they could and the resturant and bar were easily accessible. We were out of the hotel most of the day for business but utilized the bar and resturant in the evenings which made for a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel. I didn't experiene the pool but the fitness area is sub-par (not most peoples intended reason for going to a hotel). All in all a great first experience. February 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay, but front desk staff need work The room was nicely remodeled, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was frustrating. I was checking in and the line was long. There was a dart/pool tournament that weekend at the hotel. The front desk clerk, Alex, made everyone who was in line wait until she was done with the customer on the phone. There were two clerks at computers at the desk, and two standing in the back. Maybe they need a computer for phone customers. I have always had the understanding that you help the customer in front of you first. Phone Calls can wait. February 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Pillows, wonderful pool and great service. I give this hotel a 5 star rating but for what I paid I think they could have at least offered a continental breakfast. Maybe we paid more since it was Valentines Day? The pool was cold but my Granddaughter still enjoyed it. February 18, 2015
