Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NICE HOTEL I had a very nice stay except the first couple of days they were doing maintenance which was extremely too loud. I do understand that updating your hotel is needed but when you have residents staying in at the hotel probably should've been closed down for a week or two to get that finished not during during people stay. It was quickly taken care of and for the rest the month was a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and go out of their way to make this they comfortable. January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle pick up and drop off We had excellent service during our pickup from Amtrak, as well as a shuttle to the airport to pick up our rental car for our winter vacation. I really appreciated the extra mile our driver went for us, and then by checking us in. My favorite part was that we got a room where we could just turn on the fan from the heater/AC unit for some white noise! Beds were comfy. The only improvement was that they could have been queen beds instead of full. January 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great toddler pool Pool side room was not given to us as booked. We were given two rooms for the price of one to accommodate the mix up. Lounge closed 40 minutes early on new years eve which was a disappointment, and lunch place was closed at 11 instead of 2 as mentioned on the coupons. These two factors made the coupons for free drinks and kids meals useless to us. The hotel rooms were great. Nice size fridge and microwave. Pool was great! Hotel was clean January 5, 2015
