Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by As expected I travel a lot for work so hard to get excited about another hotel stay. This stay was as expected. Key points that bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was quiet. The hotel is starting to look like it needs some updating - parking lot could use repaving, room ceiling has had considerable dmg (water?) in past and repainted rather than retextured so repairs evident where texture missing, few things behind bar in lounge showing some repair patches etc. But as I said it was clean, quiet and comfortable and fair value for the price with helpful friendly staff at front desk both at check in and out. Not much in walking distance but lounge was open until 12 with cold beer on tap and again friendly staff there to help. December 7, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, quiet clean room I enjoyed my stay, just one night, the hotel was quiet., and clean. the Bed was GREAT, and the few things that did not work did not matter. The bath drain did not function so I missed my bath!! and the number of channels that were on the laminated card, only about half of them worked. November 18, 2013

The best thing to do about this experience is to write it down as an experience to forget 2 supporting facts: - Vending machines sold out during my whole stay. No replenishment - Weding party took over hotels in the early hours of a Sat night. Hotel unable and unwilling to do anything. If you ever wondered where the sticks are... here it is. Now avoid it! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by if overheated rooms and lumpy pillows are cup of tea, then this is the place for you The room was unbearably hot, never below 77 degrees in spite of outside temperatures in the 40s. And the pillows, in spite of being labeled firm and soft, were just different gradients of hard and harder. And lumpy to boot. October 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great business trip Had a four day stay and the rooms were amazing, clean bright and comfortable. Overall was quiet but there was a wedding on the weekend that was a little rowdy but did not spill over. I was not on that floor and it was pretty much all together. The only thing that did annoy me was the out of service ice machines the first night, had to hunt to get one that was working and that was a Wednesday night. I look forward to the next visit to this hotel and when we get booked at our next Holiday Inn Express Paul F October 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel with great staff Overall this is a Holiday Inn. They are consistent and typically comfortable, What makes this a good Holiday Inn is the staff. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are great. The rooms are comfortable and they upgraded with new Samsung flat screens, I am here 3 or 4 times a year for 0ne to two weeks at a time. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel A++++ I stayed at his hotel for almost 2 months and didn't want to leave. I was in the area for business and this hotel is very close to 401. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were always clean. There is great shopping in the area and several restaurants. The staff is great and the manager at the time had to be the nicest that I have ever met. The staff always checked on me to make sure that everything was fine and if I needed anything. This hotel should be a 3 1/2 star due to the cleanliness and hospitality from the staff. I have went as far as trying to contact the corporate headquarters to let them know how satisfied I am. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quite Satisfied My Husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn on the evening of September 21st 2013. There were heavy rains that day . When we checked in we noticed that the room was very clean. After a short length of time we noticed a small water leak. I went to the front desk and the matter was resolved right away. We were given another room which was again very clean ,the staff were very polite and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good...we would stay at this Holiday Inn again . The hotel was well kept and updated, rooms were clean and comfortable. Free parking was a plus. Hotel was located conveniently to Mississauga Grand Banquet Hall, shopping and food. September 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Little Pleasures I have stayed in a number of Holiday Inn Hotels. Some are good enough to be recommended to family members and friends. However, this place i just stayed in was disappointing. a) For the amount of money i paid to stay for a few hours, a bottle of water bottle is not even complimentary included to make the guest feel better. For that amount, the guest should be able to drink the water bottle in the room without the obligation to pay. It is just too cheap. These little pleasures should be considered in thoughts for us to feel comfortable and wanting to come back. b) Secondly, the door in our closet was so hard to open so much so that we chose not to use it. c) I have seen a lot of friendlier front staff but not yours. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Communication Called on the phone to make reservations and the lady said there was free continental breakfast but there wasnt, we had to pay, the room was small and no extra bed was provided, only if we switched rooms they would give us a rollaway....we booked for 2nights but only stayed for one because we were discouraged at all the miscommunication going on. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Most terrible Holiday Inn I stay at Holiday Inn all the time and I'm usually happy with them. This one needs major renovation! The bedroom was dirty, the room service food was not good at all and the service was horrible. The only positive was breakfast, with the staff only, very friendly. The breakfast buffet quality was really bad like the rest of that hotel. There are other Holiday inns in the area, pick another one! August 31, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Hi Express Standards We had stayed the week previous and although not outstanding the room was clean I cannot say the the same about this stay when we returned from our vacation. Although we checked in very late for a guaranteed reservation the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. All they did from previous guest was change the towels and soap. The sink, counters and floor were dirty with hair all over and coffee stains. The bed not sure if sheets had been changed as there was long black hair on them and I am a blonde. Will not stay here again. July 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Holiday Inn I recently stayed at this hotel and had a succesful visit. Room was reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and seemed relatively up to date. There were long waits for the elevator, but I believe one was being repaired so that problem should be gone now. The restaurant and room service had decent food. considering the price range and location, this is a very good value. June 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy I suppose it was March break but I have stayed in this hotel many times and must say that I was very disappointed this stay. The Tuesday night there was continuous noise both above me and on each side of my room. I honestly thought that the walls were paper thin. Could clearly hear conversations and ice being put into glasses. Wed night there was a huge bang out in the hallway and I was so startled I jumped out of the bed; I wasn't sure if someone was coming through the door. I stay at this hotel as it is convenient for my work...might have to consider differently as I really did not sleep well either night and it makes for a dangerous drive home when you are over tired. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Feb 2013 Selected the hotel due to low cost stay and fly, with 14 day free parking. The hotel stay was fine, easy to find and restaurants nearby. Shuttle got us to the airport ok on the flight out. On return, the hotel could not be reached by phone to dispatch the shuttle to pick us up. Left two messages which were not returned. Felt stranded in the airport. Finally called Holiday Inn 1-888 booking number, and got some phone information from them, which the hotel had not given us. had We just kept calling the number they gave us, and were getting pretty stressed out. With the "new" information, we finally got through and they sent the shuttle for us. I doubt we'll take the risk of staying there again if we are flying out on vacation. March 5, 2013
