Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bathrooms and rooms Bathrooms and rooms were clean, well stocked. Office staff were helpful and courteous. Bike rentals were a bit expensive, but enjoyable. Swimming area was well kept. Fitness area was comfortable, treadmills were easy to use and in good shape but the area could use more fitness equipment. May 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terribly noisy. Do NOT stay here This hotel was TERRIBLE. Like spending the night in a frat house. Super noisy. Staff doesn't care. Pool was freezing. Hot tub cold and dirty. Felt extremely unsafe with the caliber of other customers. Actually considered leaving in the middle of the night to stay in my vehicle. I never complain about service or value but this was unreal. There were some tough customers in the hotel during my stay and the Holiday Inn staff never broke stride. Love the ambiance, close proximity to downtown, free shuttle service and the hot tub / sauna! I have stayed here my past three trips and will definitely be back next year. Thanks for everything! May 13, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Bed The bed we had on the night we stayed was absolutely awful. It was hard and the springs squeaked every time you moved. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would report it to maintenance. Not the answer I was looking for after driving 700 miles. Won't stay at that hotel any time soon. May 12, 2015
