The room was apparently newly remodeled and painted . This was much more pleasant and relaxing than was my last stay . The location for any downtown activities has always been great .

Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, sparkling clean and comfortable rooms, enjoy a relaxing walk along Clark Fork River (right outside your door), or walk around downtown to discover good food (Iza, Old Post, Bridge Pizza, Worden for brews.. and more)....
Hotel is dog friendly...you got a stay here if heading to Missoula!

I had a fine room in the corner overlooking the river. The Missoula team actually upgraded me which was very kind on their part.
The food is great, I always have breakfast there in house. The drinks were OK. They were a little soft but a stiff drink is always a matter of opinion. The service at the restaurant is always great and comes with entertaining conversations.
I did have a clogged sink in my bathroom. The service staff was going to address this issue uppon my departure and I am sure they already have.
I recomend this facility because the service is great. The food and drink is good if you busy enough to not venture beyond the property. The location is right downtown and a short walk to campus. Lots of shopping downtown too!

The location is very nice. The service is great and everyone is friendly and I can tell they want to help make my stay a comfortable one. Everyone is very welcoming.
The only problem that I had was that the sink drain was plugged up so I had to keep waiting for it to drain. In the morning I let Service know and hopefully they were able to fix it before the next guests arrived.

The Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown is in a very nice location: on the river and a block away from downtown restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, up-to-date and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool (good size), with very hot hot tub, and a sauna. Had lunch at the restaurant: good food, OK prices.Will stay here again.

This hotel was impressive inside and out. Great location! Downtown and by the river. The bar has a great view of the outside park and I bet is a great destination during summer months. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's but this one is top notch! The desk staff to the service in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff it was a lasting impression that makes me want to recommend all my friends to this hotel. The beds are very comfy. I do like that they allow family pets at this hotel as well. It was neat to see the interaction with small children when dogs walked by them. It is very much worth the price you pay! Value to constant smiles and hello's! Thank you Missoula Holiday Inn!

This would have been the usual good trip and stay at a Holiday Inn that we have all come to know. It was made great by the extra service I received from the staff.I had a misconnection on a flight and they worked with me to change my reservation to fit the disservice from the airlines. They went way above and beyond what I expected. I will always stay there when I am in Missoula.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation! The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. He did suggest breakfast in the restaurant downstairs but I had dinner there I wanted something local. He suggested a breakfast spot that was very close to the hotel. I must state that the elevators are a tad awkwardly squeaky. The beds were very comfy! I like that this hotel has energy conservation in mind. I shall choose again and highly suggest!!

I had a great experience during my time at the Holiday Inn in Missoula. The front desk staff person was super friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home. He set the tone for my entire stay - awesome!

I thought the motel was priced a little on the high end based on the fact there was not the typically "free" items such as breakfast. The motel is in a great location and it is very clean. I enjoyed the live music in the bar. The staff was very nice

Whenever I am in Missoula for business I always stay at this hotel. This trip, however, I was very disappointed. My blow dryer in my room didn't work, left a note for housekeeping - it did not get repaired for the week I was there. My internet was very very sporadic, and error mainly on not being able to connect. Then to top it off - my room key got deactivated 3-days into my stay - someone made an error.
As a priority member, I would also expect to receive a newspaper every morning, not just the first one. And a 8-oz bottle of water is in insult.

We stay in Missoula all the time and we are priority club members, however we have never gotten a goodie bag. All other Holiday Inn's are consistent. I thought they did not give members a goodie bag but I heard one of the staff tell someone to sign up and they would get one. What is up with that?

We stayed here while going to to a Saturday Griz game and the weekend of Halloween. The accomidations were nice, the hotel seemed a "little" worn. The bar was great and walking distance to downtown was great.
That night I swore I was staying in a FRAT house. No sleep at all. When I complained, it was" I am sorry The managers were on them all night". No control of the animal house. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn's, not this one.
