Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor service We were attending a funeral in Missoula , starting asking about 3 pm if we could get into a room. At 9pm we finally got a room. They kept making excuses and promising 15 minutes but would give rooms to people that came in behind us. We never were rude but very unhappy. We had to use the bathroom to change clothes. Doing the same thing to others the next day. Food expensive 30.00 for breakfast. May 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs updating This hotel did not meet our standards as it is badly in need of a facelift. The carpet everywhere is very stained and the chairs in the lobby are worn out and stained. We ordered a wakeup call which we did not receive. May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, great service. The hotel is located in the center of town, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone who wants to explore downtown Missoula. It is also within walking distance to some great hiking trails and the campus of the University of Montana. Unfortunately, it was not close to a convention I needed to attend, but the staff was kind enough to make the hotel van available for me to get there and back. The room was clean and pleasant and the staff was helpful, even giving me advice on local hiking trails. The food was OK, but you will find better eating places within a few blocks of the hotel. I would have no hesitation staying here again if I return to Missoula. May 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by House Cleaning 4 Hours Behind. The hotel itself is nice and have stayed there many times. This will be my last. Not allowed into the room till 615 pm is unacceptable. House cleaning way behind. Room wasnt serviced till 545 pm the next day. May 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This Hotel is GROSS! I've stayed at lots of Holiday Inns and this one had to be one of the worst! The room was disgusting and nothing seemed clean. There was a giant orange stain in the bathtub and a huge stain under the sink. The curtains were dirty and the coffee maker was sticky. No free breakfast either! You are better off paying a few extra bucks and staying someplace else -- at least they will be clean! May 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bathrooms and rooms Bathrooms and rooms were clean, well stocked. Office staff were helpful and courteous. Bike rentals were a bit expensive, but enjoyable. Swimming area was well kept. Fitness area was comfortable, treadmills were easy to use and in good shape but the area could use more fitness equipment. May 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Left something to be desired When pulling up to the establishment it was quite impressive. The outside of the building and the lobby was well kept and aesthetically appealing. From there on out our experience left something to be desired. We experience a long wait and seen two guest cancel their reservations on the spot. Check-in is at 4pm and it was 3:55pm when we arrived. A guest was told it would be another 45 minutes until she would be allowed to check-in and obtain her room key. She asked if there were any rooms available as she had a meeting to attend at 6pm and the gentleman stated no. We happened to be traveling with a large number of individuals (60 plus) and were unable to make other arrangements so we were forced to wait. Our room wasn’t available until 6:45pm. Parking was reasonable so long as you asked for a parking pass as one was not offered during check-in. The rooms were satisfactory. The staff of the front desk was very friendly and offered maps and helpful directions when needed. The secure Wi-Fi was poor at best as we were unable to obtain a connection during our stay. The pool and hot tub left something to be desired. They were out of pool towels and they offered minimal seating. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was less than satisfactory. When walking in to the restaurant there was no one to greet you nor a sign that said seat yourself. We stood behind two other families for 20 minutes. When we finally were addressed it was “come in and we will get to you when we can”. The part that frustrates me the most is that there were only six families in the restaurant and we were one of them! We received water after waiting another 15 minutes and were never offered refills. Our group covered our children for the breakfast buffet which was $12 per person. It included breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, and a small bowl of fruit. The buffet was never refilled despite the several individuals who chose that option. I ordered off the menu and was served an ounce burnt ham for the price of $5. I was given our bill in passing as our waitress scurried by so I was unable to discuss the quality of the food I was served. I would highly recommend this be addressed as several families with our group didn’t return to the restaurant even though we prepaid for the children to eat. May 26, 2015
