Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous hotel I recently stayed at the ANA Holiday Inn while visiting Kyushu to see the wild horses in Cape Toi. The hotel and staff were beyond my expectation -- I had a full ocean view and could listen to the waves in the evening to fall asleep. Rooms were large and clean, the hotel and grounds were beautiful. I chose to have breakfast included, and they buffet includes Japanese and American foods. The large dining room sits in front of the waterfall. Staff was so helpful (I do not speak Japanese) and friendly. I stayed 3 nights, and when I return to Miyazaki, I will always stay here. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and relaxed atmosphere. Over all we were very pleased during our stay at this hotel. If I have to mention one thing that the hotel can improve is for the staff to have the professional attitude of "Omotenasi", the Japanese service in details and think ahead of the customers. I know it's not easy for all the staff to be excellent but I saw that there is more room to be taught and improve. September 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great view and great food. The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking Aoshima. We decided to try dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Miyazaki beef is quite memorable. We had the good fortune of being upgraded to a room at the 9th floor with balcony and that really made our stay excellent value for money. June 23, 2014
