Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love the HI brand although I do love the HI brand, my experience was a little lacking. When I got to the counter to check in there were other guests checking in. While I was waiting in line another guest came in and the person at the desk gave them the "can I help you look" all the while knowing that I was there first. Then he did not offer me a goodie bag for Rewards members. I was thinking maybe it slipped his mind so I went back to the counter and asked if he could tell me how many points I have to maybe trigger him to reach for one of the bags that were pre filled and just sitting there waiting for the Rewards member. He told me my balance and sent me on my way. Once I got to the room, everything was perfect. I absolutely loved the shower. But there was no iron. When I called the front desk I was not even offered a replacement. The whole customer service experience was very lacking. October 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, clean and good value Great location - easy to get to and around Mobile. Have stayed there numerous times and keep coming back. Was disappointed that ESPN HD would never work. Finally reported this and the solution was to move ESPN HD to a regular channel which caused us to then lose our ESPN 2 channel. This was a terrible weekend for this to happen since it was the start of college football and we had things we wised to watch. September 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent place to stay after a long haul flight I have used this hotel on many occasions after a long haul flight. It is pleasure to stay there, from the greeting you receive, well organised preparation (there is very little waiting time). The staff really make one feel welcome. Then straight to my very clean room at a excellent temperature and after a light meal it was great to enjoy a very comfortable sleep. Overall the hotel and the staff are very good. If there is one area that could be improved it would be the choice of food. It is cooked well and presented well, but the choice is a little limiting both evening meal and breakfast. That is OK for an overnight or 2 day stay, but there should be a little more variety. August 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Explain in Detail I was disappoint with the breakfast situation. I think extras should be explained in detail so that the customer can decide and prepare. The houekeepers were very friendly and supplied extra towels that were requested for our stay and I loved the make-up remover packet. Thanksyou for that! August 14, 2015
