As a long-term Platinum member, I have certain expectations one of which is not needing to stop at the reservation desk upon checkout. It may seem like a small issue, but it is what I expect from a hotel. I will not be returning to your hotel, and it is your loss as I travel extensively. You do not need to contact me further, but rather to either change your policy or better train your staff. December 16, 2014

Easy to access, good reception, clean rooms, good beds, nothing to worry about. I would recommend this facility to anyone in transit in this area and probably to stay for longer periods, this facility having all amenities you need. December 4, 2014

I liked the choice of hard wired or wireless internet, as some of my business requires an ethernet connection. Because there is a restaurant in the building, there was not a free breakfast, which is common at most Holiday Inns.
