Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Non-Friendly Staff If I could give the Staff a 0 star rating I would, non-friendly didn't want to answer questions about rates. I booked online yesterday at 3pm for 159 and at 8pm the rate was 119, today the rate is 114. Didn't want to help us on this at all. No free breakfast. This is sad, because there is no good mid-range hotel in Mobile and we were excited to try this hotel. It was clean and new, but the staff made it a bad stay. Never again. January 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, Clean Rooms, But Constant Noise from Above The hotel staff was friendly. Lobby, room, and bathroom were clean and fresh. However, I was able to hear every footstep from above. The guest who checked in after me in the room above did not sit down all night - no exaggeration. The constant pacing back and forth and noises from above were frustrating and made for a long night of sleeplessness. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced a situation like this one. January 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable, Good Rates This is our stop over place when we are driving from Texas to Atlanta. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and courteous. I like the friendly attitude of the staff when questions are asked. When we requested an extra blanket , it was brought to us in a timely manner! Room Service is also reasonable and fast. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by They really came through for us . . . Due to a mistake I made when making my reservation, the hotel staff had to remove us from our room a night earlier than we had planned. The provided another room for us - of nearly equal quality to the room we had reserved - at no charge. Even though they moved all of our things out of the room (they couldn't reach us to ask us to do it), we found everything that we had left scattered about the room, in logical places. I was amazed at how well and graciously they handled this difficult situation! Bravo, Holiday Inn! January 4, 2015
