I am very displeased that I did not receive my hotel bill under my door as is the practice in 99% of the hotels at which I stay.
As a long-term Platinum member, I have certain expectations one of which is not needing to stop at the reservation desk upon checkout. It may seem like a small issue, but it is what I expect from a hotel.
I will not be returning to your hotel, and it is your loss as I travel extensively. You do not need to contact me further, but rather to either change your policy or better train your staff.

Could not believe it's been over a year since my last stay at this location an Byron remembered my name the second I walked through the door !!! Just unbelievable

Everything was great! I had no complaints. The shower was great. Room Service was fast and good. A Great overall experience.
