Amber, Sharla, and the manager Lisa have a very service oriented approach to customers and all their needs. I was told by IHG that all the rooms were reserved for me to redeem my points for a stay over the weekend during Bayfest. I mentioned to Amber and she manuelly entered my request into the system and got me the reservation I was requesting. We really enjoyed our stay during the Bayfest weekend. Thanks and I would recommend a stay to anyone I know at this Holiday Inn in Mobile. October 9, 2014
