Courteous staff, a beautiful hotel, and great location. Couldn't ask for more (ok except maybe 10 more elevators but that's not their fault!). February 26, 2015

Staff was much friendlier and helpful this year. Overall, I enjoyed this year's stay more than in years past. You did a good job of remedying past problems. JRP February 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mardi Gras First time stay during Mardi Gras and we loved it. Bed was comfy, room very clean. Only issue we had was that the tub drained slowly. Other than that , we had no issues at all!! Already planning to book again next year. February 21, 2015

When I called to ask if they had it Ashleigh checked for me and mailed it to me. I was very thankful.. Everyone told me that it would be taken and not found but housekeeping was very honest and returned my coat. So thankful February 21, 2015
