I usually stay here when I visit for concerts at the Saenger. It's convenient (all you have to do is walk across the parking lot), and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, and the room service breakfast is very good and served quickly. And the coffee is great.

Staff was fabulous. Visited with Maura Guarino each and every year. always takes good care of all of us Revelers. I have been staying at this hotel for many years, even before Holiday Inn, year after year for the Mardi Gras Season.
the only problem we encountered this year was the Restaurant was open ONLY for breakfast and did not reopen until 5:00 p.m.
I stayed for several days and the room maids missed one day of cleaning - had to call for more towels.
Your hostess in the lobby (can't remember her name) was an absolute joy!! She was taking excellent care of all the guests.
Terry, manager was most wonderful. This was his first Mardi Gras season & I think he did an excellent job!! Kudos to him!!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BoozeTraveler. Nice design and great value!
Love the design of this hotel. There is another one in Raleigh, NC with the same set-up and is just as nice. The room do appear to have gone through an update, yet the doors and showers are still the old conventional style. Not terrible, but not grand. Overall, lobby is nice, rooms are clean and comfy. Most of all, I enjoyed the lounge upstairs on the top floor overlooking the city. Drinks are decently priced and you can order food from the lobby restaurant, but know you will be charged a fee for delivery upstairs.
