Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and friendly staff Upon our arrival, we were given the keys to a beautiful room. My husband and I went up to our room, and found we had a small plumbing problem with the toilet. I called the front desk and was the problem was promptly solved. They moved us to a new room just as beautiful as the first. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and had the most comfortable king size bed. This makes the 3rd time we have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn, and I can assure you, we will be back next year. Would I recommend this hotel, you better believe it. December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hote, staff and services. Traveled to this area for a class reunion. Hotel provided excellent room, clean, quiet and spacious. Food in the restraunt and lounge was very good, atmosphere was nice. A good place to relax with friends. I was a female, traveling alone and felt 100% safe at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. November 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was nice, but... The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was great, just don't look behind the furniture. I moved a bedside table to plug in a charger and was greeted by a giant wad of dust and hair that must have taken months to accumulate. The refinish coating on the bathtub was peeling off in sheets and pieces had to be removed from the drain to clear it. On the plus side, room service was very good. November 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, bed very comfortable - loved the pillows Because it has been a number of years since we have stayed at this location, I called with a couple of questions. From my initial call when I spoke to desk manger, Gerald, to the checkout, everything went smooth and we were very pleased. Room service was quick and good. Staff was friendly, considerate and accommodating. Very appreciative you allowed small dogs. Easy access on and off 1-10. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Mobile. November 22, 2014
