Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Clean and Comfortable I initially checked in for two days and then extended my stay. The front desk personnel and even maintenance were extremely pleasant and helpful. When I had a small issue with my room, the housekeeping manager was right there to resolve the issue. The room was clean and cozy and very comfortable. The restaurant was never packed so my wait for made to order breakfast was never long. The food was EXCELLENT (although a menu item that I realllllly wanted wasn't available during my entire stay). The stay was pricier than I normally do but it was well worth it since I spent a lot of time in the room. There are multiple hotels in the same vicinity but none of them compare in cleanliness and service to the Holiday Inn in addition, the site is right off of the turn pike and there are a zillion places to eat and shop just a short walk or drive away. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by great location, but in need of of upgrades Hotel is in a great location - close to many restaurants, shopping, highway - but I expected a little more 'bang for the buck'. The fitness and business centers were both outdated (old equipment in the fitness center, 'slow' internet service in the business center). Staff was very friendly and helpful with dining options nearby. The room was average - clean, but nothing great. January 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor shower fixture and low hot water I was very disappointed to find that the room I was put in had a disability shower system and would not stay in a satisfactory stable position making it impossible to use standing up. I requested a room change and this was handled after I called a second time. The new room they put me in the bathroom shower water pressure and temperature were poor making this a very uncomfortable stay. January 2, 2015
