When I arrived, the elevator was out of service. As I was travelling for work, I needed to access the internet but it was out of service. The front desk wouldn't help, but instead gave me a phone number to call. The lady that answered said the problem was on the hotels end and that she would call me back as soon as they worked out a fix. They never called back and the internet never worked properly. Then, I requested a 1PM checkout, and told them that I would likely purchase another night at 1PM but I needed to wait to hear from work. The front desk said a 1PM checkout was out of the question, even for a platinum member, and they clearly had no interest in helping me. About 11:30A, housekeeping called and told me I needed to leave the room so it could be cleaned. Shortly after, I heard from work that I would need to stay one more night, so I took my business to the hotel accross the street that had a room that was just as nice, a friendly front desk clerk, and great high speed internet all for about 40% less cost. I was very disappointed with this Holiday Inn, and feel I was cheated as I was not provided the services that were advertised.

We had our family stay there and was so pleased that we decided to stay there every year that our Family reunion is in town. I appreciate the staff and how wonderful everything was. I will recommend you toe to every one. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

I've been a Platinum member for 2 years and come to this hotel quite a lot as my company is based here and it is the only Holiday inn I stay in that treats me worse for being a platinum member than if I wasn't one.We get the worst rooms and the rudest service of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

I was with a group of Yellow Mustangs an normally we don't even get the same floor, this time we were all next to each other! We even looked over the parking lot were the Staff had set out cones for us to park our mainly show cars!
We will be back!

We had a beautiful room. We loved the new decor. Staf is always very helful and friendly and the location is very good for us -- easy to get where we need to go. This hotel is very clean throughout and quiet.. Thanks for a great visit.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 7 years. To my surprise I found out it is under new management and the former management/friends are no longer there. The jury is still out on this one.

Poolside room was nice but pool is old and cement particles were falling off into our hands when we held the sides. I was locked out of my room 3 times before they finally changed the door lock-handle assembly - major inconvenience. I arrived 1 day early and reserved a room for an additional day. Doing so created a mass confusion at the front desk and I can't understand why such a simple task puzzled them. When I looked at my credit card statement there were multiple pending charges (at least 4) form Holiday Inn - this made me very upset.

My parents, wife and I were with my infant on a road trip this Jul4 holiday and stayed overnight at this hotel. I originally reserved a two bed non-smoking room. When I checked-in the hotel clerk provided me only with a king size room (for 4-people) as every other non-smoking room was filledup due to the holiday. I was provided a sliding bed to accomodate for the second bed that I needed for which I was charged extra. I would have hoped for the hotel to not charge me for the extra bed which they were unable to honor per my reservation.

We were very dissappointed with our overall stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms that we used were never cleaned properly during our stay. I advice management to be involved with the cleaners to make sure that the rooms are of acceptable clean standard.
I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone as I was very dissappointed. I did inform the lady at front desk when we checked out of this situation.

The rooms on this property were lovely, bed was comfortable. Nice chair and ottoman in the room, as well as a comfortable desk and swivel chair (great for working!). If you are very noise sensitive, I would suggest asking for an "inside" room, as this property is close to the exits for the turnpike and the toll booth. I would stay here again and recommend the property to friends. Enjoy!

When we arrived we where so pleased when we entered the room. Our room was clean and well put together. Bathroom was very clean and even the hallways where clean. When I am looking for a place to stay that is my main concern and this Holiday Inn did not let me down in this respect. Everyone was very nice. The only problem that I had was that the motel had doubled up on my charge card and my bank would not change it until I had the Holiday Inn send a letter saying that it could be put back in the bank. After calling back and forth between the two establishments it finally was taking care of. The Holiday Inn was very kind, but it was a pain to change.

Staying at the Pittsburgh-Monroeville Holiday Inn was another good experience. I'm appreciative of the onsite laundry facility to keep basketball uniforms fresh for the next day's games. The staff was friendly and prompt to address concerns and questions. I will definitely recommend the Pittsburgh-Monroeville Holiday Inn to my family and friends.

stayed here several times for business in the area. Always consistently good, clean, well done . good food in restaurant. Easy access to and from the place. But like most HI I stay the beds are always too soft for me, i prefer super firm support mattress. Overall great place, staff is superb.

The hotel rooms were large and clean. The parking was good, did not have to fight for a spot. Good Location. Best was the service at the restaurant when we went down for breakfast.
The only recommendation I would make is the beds could be better, they were too soft. The hot water in the shower were not well controlled, sometimes it would get too hot and in few minutes it would get cold.

I have stayed here multiple times. I was very disappointed when they remodeled and the balcony doors won't open without tremendous effort. The doors are offset fom the strikeplates and opening or closing are not without extreme difficulty. (No lightweights can do this#. Definitely question how they pass the fire and safety inspection.
My recent trip only consisted of two nights. I was a bit concerned when I returned to my room after 6 pm to find my bed was still unmade but the coffee and towels had been replaced. If I had been staying longer, I would have complained.
The hotel seems to be inconsistent with whether your room is cleaned and stocked or not. The satellite TV is not programmed to match the room directory. #Don't waste your time calling the front desk, 3 months in a row answer, "we are upgrading")
Overall, nice,clean, but if anything is wrong, don't expect any comps or a fix anytime soon.

The front desk attendant was very nice and pleasant.. The construction going on in the building was not hidden well.. To get to the elevator you had to almost climb over a registration table for a bowling group. The group had small children running around and it was difficult getting through to the elevator.. The group was trying to be pleasant but after a long trip we just wanted to get to the room. The breakfast buffet was cold and almost uneatable. Even though we had a 50% discount it was not good. The server was so nice that it made the unacceptable food okay..We love Holiday Inn but will not go to this one again..
