Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant Staff is Horrible I travel to this area often. I've never stayed here and will never come back, I decided to stay here to knock off my 4th Holiday Inn from the Accelerate Promotion. They were also offering a "Eat at our Restaurant and get 1000 Points" deal. Seemed like a win-win in 3 ways, Accelerate Promotion, Bonus Points at the restaurant, and check this out over the Hampton I usually stay at. My issues came from the following. 1. I was not greeted as a Spire Member. 2. I wasn't offered any gifts like points or a gift bag. 3. They didn't give me a breakfast voucher #I paid for this and had to ask for it in the AM#. And the one that got me the most upset: 4. I didn't get was advertised on the menu. I bought the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese Entrée. Entrées come with a Salad and choice of potato or vegetable #see photo of menu#. The menu says this, not me. I ask for my sides and the waitress said, it doesn't come with that entrée? The waitress asked the manager and he said, yeah that don't come with the salad and sides. I asked why does it say that then? He couldn't give me an answer? You're a manager, make something up! I paid $20 for a plate of macaroni and cheese with about 4 small pieces of lobster in it. What a joke of a menu, waitress, manager, and restaurant. This place makes the hotel look bad. No wonder you have to lure guest there with a 1000 points, because local know better! For this reason I will never be back to this hotel Fix your menus - if the Lobster Mac and Cheese don't come with the side note that!I've attaches a photo for you to decide! February 9, 2016

My only comment is people that smoke have no indoor or outdoor public area available. with cold weather it seems unnecessary to make the customers stand on the front steps in the wind, maybe a more sheltered location could be made available. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my stay I enjoyed my stay at your hotel.. It was for job training and I had some intense days there because we would work on training in the hotel lobby/restaurant area till 6-7 at night. that was after we traveled all day in the outlining areas. My friend Joe T. noticed I was a little stressed one day so he took care of me with a couple of drink vouchures. I thought that was very thoughtful on his part and him and all desk staff made sure I was taken care of. Even my trainer who lives in Monroeville said she might even visit the lobby/restaurant to do her work because of the environment and the good food we had eaten while we worked together. I hope my company sends me down there again. January 22, 2016
