Cleanliness, the room itself and the breakfast were good. The evening was very noisy. The quality of the food that was served by the room service was not as expected.

This is a great hotel with excellent surroundings, I am from Monterrey and still use it myself with my family several times a year. This last time the shower drain was stuck and they couldn't fix it, so it was a very bad experience showering 4 times during a two days stay... but that was the only bad part, the rest excellent, as usual.

On November 7th, there was a show at evening. It was too noisy. The singer was listened at all hotel, even inside my room (809). I had to wear plug ears to start to sleep because I had to wake up at 3 am (my flight was at 6 am on November 8th). Often I rate this hotel as excellent, but this is the second time this happens. I wish you could do something to avoid a noisy enviroment during that kind of events.

When i arrived to the hotel, at 3.00 hrs. the employee in the front desk assign me a different room that i was reserved. When i complain he told me that there was the only room avaible, an then, a minnute latter, he told me there is a room of 1 king bed avaible, at the smoking area. It was ok to me, but i realice that this room wasn´t the one offered to me as a Premium Room. THe next morning, i went to the front desk again, complaining about, of they give me the correct room, or revew my proce rate, becouse i was paying a lot more, for an standar room. The employee offers me to change my room, and give an discount for the inconvinience. I frecuentrly have this kinds of errors, when i reserved by phone, and then, when i arrive to the hotel the rroom they offer is not avaible. In the check out, they don´t made any disscount, so all that convined made me inconfortable in this trip.

Overall the stay was nice, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Only bad thing was too many activities at the hotel. It's constantly busy and some events last past midnight and they played loud music.

If asked for a good place to stay in Monterrey, I certainly will recommend this hotel.

It is a good place to stay due to the location, the room was clean and comfortable, just the bathroom lights took time to turn on. That day was raining outside and I didn´t hear the noise...... good point!!!!
