I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE, WHICH IS ADVERTISED AS FREE FOR PRIORITY CLUB GOLD MEMEBERS. I WAS PROVIDED AN ACCESS CODE, BUT THERE IS NO PLACE TO ENTER IT, ON THE LOG IN PAGE. I WAS TOLD AT CHECK OUT, I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE THE RECEPTION ATTENDANT, PROVIDE ME WITH ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS. SERVICE AT THE EXECUTIVE FLOORS LOUNGE WAS VERY POOR. TABLES NOT SET CORRECTLY. HAD TO ASK FOR BASIC ITEMS LIKE SILVERWARE AND NAPKINS. WHEN NEEDED, HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR ATTENDANT TO PROCURE THE NEEDED ITEMS, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE TABLE OR THE SERVING LINE, TO START WITH. IN ALL FAIRNESS, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN DOZENS OF STAYS THAT I HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS AT THIS HOTEL. I STILL RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY, AND I SHALL RETURN ON MY NEXT TRIP TO MONTERREY. May 21, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No me gusto el hotel Salvo el personal del restaurante y el resto del personal dejaba mucho que desear, tuve que solicitar que me dejaran shampoos en 5 noches de estancia era ya el 3er dia y no habian rellenado los shapoos. Aunque el personal y servicio de restaurante es muy bueno la comida no lo es tanto. La cafetera estaba descompuesta y cuando pedi que la cambiaran la otra estab atan sucia que el cafe salio como con una nata, horrible. habia plancha pero no habia burro de planchar tuve que solicitarlo veces para que me lo trajeran Y lo mas importante en un hotel la cama, al segundo dia ya tenia dolor de espal de lo incomoda, nunca me habia pasado esto en un holiday inn, definitivamente a este en particular no voy a regresar. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we loved our morning coffee delivered promptly by room service each day. The lobby was very nice and comfortable. March 23, 2013
