Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Dissapointment We have stayed at this hotel the last 3 years and never had any problems until this last trip. I made reservations months ago for two rooms and called three days before to make sure all was good! The man that helped me on the phone only found one room reservation but quickly made me another one and he was accommodating. When we arrived Theresa let me know they did not have any reservations for us. We had seven people and she insisted the hotel was full and did not have any rooms. She was annoyed, had an attitude and wanted to argue with me. She then proceeded to tell me that she would try to accommodate our group but she would suffer the re-percussions later for doing so. What does that mean?? I told her this was not my problem. She found two rooms for us after she told me none were available and we were getting ready to go the rooms and she had us wait she wanted to check on them first. We finally get to our rooms and chocolate was smeared on the comforter and bedding in one of the rooms. The one room needed towels which we had to call the front desk three times and Theresa delivered them herself. The towels were bath mats you stand on when you get out of the shower! The next morning I go to pay for our two rooms and they tell me they have me down for four rooms! The lady runs my card without asking how I wanted to pay and I wanted to pay cash. Went to get a cup of coffee and took a sip it was cold! I don't know who is running this hotel but they are not very organized and did not pay attention to detail. Theresa should definitely not be working the front desk greeting customers July 13, 2015
