I was impressed with the late night clerk's friendly attitude and helpfulness as well as the manager's helpful attitude as we checked out. Special attention was given to my IHG membership and we were given complimentary breakfast. October 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service! My wife and I stayed at the Montgomery Airport South hotel on Monday, September 21, 2015. We loved the property and amenities. The one thing that stood out or both of us was the young gentleman who was the Manager that evening. (I am sorry, but I didn't get his name.) We both have 30+ years in management and team building and we thought this young man was outstanding. You can teach numbers and jobs, but you can't teach attitude. This young man is a keeper and you should do all that you can to keep him in the Holiday Inn family! Because of him, we will definitely stay at this property again. Please let him know that we appreciated his personal touch and efforts that evening! September 28, 2015

Food wasnt very good but could have over looked that if staff was friendlier. I always look for a Holiday Inn when I travel but will never stay st this hotel again. September 27, 2015

Based on hassle at check in, didn't want to "bother" the staff by getting a new room. Had it been a room I had asked for and less hassle, probably would have been a decent stay. September 18, 2015

This one has slightly better decor and slightly newer rooms. Only issue was that breakfast was served late everyday. around 6:40am. Tough to get to Job for 7am. September 14, 2015
