I love the location and the fact that it is in Chinatown and has many nice touches that remind you that you are in Chinatown. One of the things that I liked prior to my stay this time was the complimentary breakfast that they use to offer to Rewards members. It was a standard breakfast buffet but had a Chinese flair to it which I really enjoyed. In fact it was one of the reasons I stayed here so often. Alas, they have done away with that and instead offer points, bottled water and a bag of snacks. A far cry from the breakfast! But I am sure all businesses face finding cost cutting methods. Otherwise, a great hotel. I had trouble being in sync with the maid service and they never got to my room whenever I was out and only asked if they could straighten my room upon my return, By then, I did not want them to bother. I always removed the do not disturb sign from my door when I went out and usually that was enough of a hint but not this time over 3 days. June 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and comfortable accommodations! I was pleasantly surprised to see that our room was updated. The bathroom was new and the beds and pillows were comfortable and like new as well. The hotel was close to Old Montreal which we had never been to. We walked everywhere. We didn't have to take our car out once. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all our questions. I only had 2 things that I would suggest. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice. The breakfast had 2 choices, buffet or order from the menu in which case by the time you factored in the coffee and your food choice it was the same price as the buffet. We are not big eaters so the cost for breakfast was almost as much as dinner. All in all though I would definitely stay there again! June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good service, good location. We stayed in montreal for one night so the hotel was ok for one night. Their breakfast was excellent. I did not sleep very well because of the mattress which was not comfortable. I think they need to change their mattresses. The underground parking is a bit scary, really old and needs to be renovated. The cost for the parking is $27 per day. June 24, 2015
