Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay Hotel is in a great location, not far from anything you need. Parking is underground which is very key in a big city. Room was clean, very large and spacious and so wasn't the bathroom. Overall great stay and ill be back in the future September 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chinatown Good location in Chinatown (they should make this more clear on the web site). Lobby is on 2nd floor and elevator stops there whether going up or down. Gets annoying after a while. VERY slow internet. Barely useful for working purposes. Rooms are good except for very bad lighting the in the bathroom. Can't even see to shave. September 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK hotel, poor service by staff Staff in the restaurant were downright rude. They made us feel very awkward. They did not make any effort to understand our requirements and imposed internal rules of the hotel that did not make any sense. I can safely state that they had more concern about the internal rules than customer needs. September 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The renovation is very good I hadn't stayed in this hotel for more than a year. On the Holiday Inn reservation website I noticed the hotel was indicating it was recently renovated, so I decided to give it another try (in the past I thought the hotel was in desperate need of a reno, and I avoided it). The hotel has come a long way, it's quite nice and my room was great. The only issue I see, is that the bar is still not busy. In the past it was completely "dead", and now it has improved a little. They need to add some flat screens, energize the ambiance with something more than the hotel "elevator" music, and in so doing attract more customers which will in turn create an an enjoyable atmosphere for the guests. Let's face it, it's not much fun sitting in a bar by yourself! That said, "Yu" the bartender is an excellent conversationalist. September 21, 2015
