After spending the previous month staying in hotels as part of a southern vacation and cruise, we needed a hotel for the night due to airline problems and delays at customs causing us to miss our to miss our connecting flight. Thank you Mr. Harper. Altogether, we stayed at four hotels from Feb. 25 to Mar. 25th, beside this one plus one week on a cruise ship. Even though the other places were fine and I am not interested in posh hotels anyway, this Holiday Inn property was very clean, very comfortable, and our stay there even though only one night, was very pleasant, leaving us with nothing negative to say.

We had to wait in line for one hour! Yes, one hour when the reservation was done 3 weeks in advance! I go often to this hotel but they thanked me for coming often by giving me one of their old rooms with a tiny bathroom, So small you have to close the door to be able to sit on the toilet and even the washbasin does not fit in the bathroom, they put it in the entrance of the room. Another time we went in the inside pool, which is nice, but the water was too cold. And the previous time I went to that hotel, we didn't have hot water in our room! Imagine having a cold shower, or even no shower at all before a flight.

The room didn't seem safe. The food at the hotel was not good. The only good part was the free kids meals. The shuttle service was very frustrating and very disorganized. If I could find another park n' fly, I would choose it over this hotel and would recommend that to others.
