Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Observaciones En general el servicio y las instalaciones son buenas, lo que si recomendaría a las personas del Lobby cundo se registra uno seria importante conocer los planes que tiene cada huésped, con el fin de ingresarlos en un piso apropiado. Por dar un ejemplo, un servidor comúnmente me hospedo en Morelia con planes de Trabajo, por lo que ya he tenido dos ocasiones que me tocan vecinos muy ruidosos y se me dificulta descansar ya que soy muy sensible al ruido y cualquier azote de puertas o gritos de niños o adultos por la noche es desagradable. Pero repito, es una observación constructiva. Gracias por su atención. February 24, 2014

Only complaint this time was that on Sunday (Nov 10th) I believe you had some work done on the plumbing, So in the afternoon there was no water and in the evening in addition to water being dirty there was no hot water at all. Monday water was quite dirty during the whole day. I would have expected at least some type of communication like a letter under the door or something. But there was no communication before or after all of this. Not the type of experience I have when staying at other hotels. November 17, 2013

Los Bellboy (especialmente Don Gabriel), el personal de Recepción (la Srta. Perla, que tan amablemente nos trató), de Restaurante, en fin... todos lograron con sus atenciones, invitarme a volver. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BAD SERVICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I AM VERY DISSAPOINT WITH THIS LOCATION(MORELIA), I AM A CUSTOMER OF HOLIDAY INN SINCE TO MANY YEARS AGO, AND THIS TIME I WAS VERY UNCONFORTABLE, SOMEONE WAS MAKING NOISE (LIKE KNOCKINGS, JUMPS) AND THE HOTEL SERVICE TOOK TO MANY HOURS TO CHANGE MY ROOM. ALSO THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY SLOW ( THEY TOOK LIKE 1 HOUR TO GIVE ME THE SERVICE) THE WIFI SERVICE WAS VERY VERY POOR, SOME PEOPLE AS ME TRAVEL TO WORK AND ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET. ALSO THE BUILDING IS VERY OLD AND DOESNT HAVE VENTILATION. PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS LOCATION March 13, 2013
