Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ROADWARRIOR1953 I believe this was my 79th stay at a Holiday Inn this year, this Hotel had motion sensing lights, upon entering the room the lights came on, the bathroom had the same type of automatic lighting. The mirror in the bathroom had lighting that wrap around the perimeter of the mirror, very impressed. The room held a constant temperature, and was very quiet. I will be staying there again. Only there for one night so unfortunately did not get a chance to check out dining/bar area. Only issue we had was we drove past hotel trying to find entrance! Other than that, a great place to stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff needs improvement At check-in I was NOT told that kids eat free at the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast the next day. I had to pay for my granddaughters dinner and the waitress did not ask if I had a voucher. My wife and I ordered pasta & chicken which showed up without the chicken and was on the warm to cold side. When she brought the meal I ordered another glass of wine which she never brought. We could not get her attention since she was tending the bar and waiting on tables at the same time. She returned when we finished our meal to clear and give us the bill. At breakfast the waitress asked if we had a voucher for our grandchild. She told us to go to the front desk and they would give us one. The breakfast was much better than the dinner since it was served on the hot side. On the major pro side my granddaughter loved the heated indoor pool in the lobby area. I will return in April 2015 so stay tuned. November 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 25.00 Dog Fee gets you put in a gross room! Heater was extremely loud and above the bed, mattresses worn out. Paid 25.00 pet fee and was put in a stanky room with strong air freshner and crumbs in every corner of the room and in front of entry door. I would have LEFT but my husband was too tired. The next morning they put out 1 pot of coffee with nothing to stir with and juice cups with no juice but were selling Green mountain Keurig for 1.00 a cup in lobby which had the stirrers by it. Why do they charge 25.00 extra to do LESS than what they would do in a non dog room, it should be refunded to me but nooooo of course not. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns with my pet and have not had any problems with the quality of the rooms, I normally do not have a problem paying the extra fee but this was definetly not worth it!
