Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Traveling through This was a stop on a longer road trip and it met our needs well. The first room I was given was very warm and the A/C wouldn't kick on. A technician was sent within 5 minutes of my call who said he reset the compressor so it would kick on. It didn't seem to me that it had, but we headed off to dinner under the assumption it had. When we returned the room was warmer than when we heft. One call to the desk to inform them resulted in an immediate room change and all was well. November 23, 2015

When I walk through the door of my hotel room for the first time, and I can keep right on walking for ten steps without bumping into the far wall, I know that I am in a graciously arranged room instead of a boxy little motel room. Ahhh. I can sit at the desk and focus on my work without my wife's favorite TV show flashing in my peripheral vision, because there is generous distance between the desk and the TV. A refrigerator in the room doesn't just keep our drinks cold while we are in the room, but also makes sure that the food with which we travel will stay fresh and check-out with us pre-cooled. The rim-lighted picture window mirror in the bathroom gives us Hollywood studio quality lighting for perfect grooming before venturing out to the world. Both night and morning staff members were very receptive, friendly and helpful. I shall make it a point of coming here on future trips to Lancaster. November 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old & Dirty We booked our room as king bed, pet friendly. Received confirmation that it was king bed, pet friendly. Get there and they have "no record" of pet friendly. Received no apology, they just insisted it was how we booked it even though I had proof that we requested pet friendly from the start. So since they messed up, we got stuck with two queen beds in a room that was outdated and dirty. I get that it was the pet friendly floor, but seriously, stains everywhere, mildew smell...they could afford to renovate. A family member had a third floor room, third floor rooms okay. First floor pet rooms, not so much. And I am a rewards member, with how often I use Holiday Inn hotels you'd think something more would have been done. I'm disappointed. November 15, 2015
