Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean - convenient to Lancaster area Hotel Lobby is huge... The room was very clean, very cold (nice on a hot day). Did not use Room Service, or the hotel bar/restaurant. Internet was slow. All in all a comfortable stay (pillows need some work). July 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Relatively nice hotel but oddly setup First I will say that the hotel is nice enough for an overnight stay and I appreciate a modern look. That said, this hotel feels as though someone tried to overlay a modern hotel in an odd space. Its hard to put my finger on what exactly was off about the hotel but my whole family (who had just stayed in 8 different hotels) agreed with this assessment. For example the two elevators are so far apart that you cant see which one is at your floor. Meanwhile the stairs are located at the farthest points from the elevators. The pool was in the main lobby and the main space is primarily dark and unremarkable. For our purposes it was fine as we were just passing through but I would have been disappointed if this was a destination hotel. July 15, 2015

Restaurant food needs better service and quantity for the price. Pricing in line with well established places but quantity and quality lacking. Recommend eating out but you can't expect quality in a Hotel restaurant. Just high priced drinks. July 10, 2015
