I travel quite a lot and most of the times I stay at IHG hotels and mainly as executive.
At Lesnaya the executive service is negligible. It is the worst service that you can find in any IHG hotels. No happy hour at the lounge , no personal attention at the lounge , not even free wifi in the room while it was mentioned in the site when we have been booking the room.
This hotel is only good in case you stay in this hotel for tourism. If you go to Moscow and you want to stay as business , this hotel does not offer anything serious for business. I am not happy at all with the executive service and we paid quite a lot for it.

Arrived to Hotel at 03:00 a.m after a 4 hour delayed Aeroflot flight
so my mood was not the best, but your female staff at the check-in was so sweet and kind so I actually forgot the miserable flight.
Can´t recall her name but I´m sure you know whom was on duty by that time. Greet her from me with the following message: Keep up the good work!

Good location (few minutes from Belorusskaya metro station). Good restaurants around. Very clean and space room. Quite.

Excellent dedicated staff,
Room are clean, bed are ok
Metro is only 5 minutes walk
only bad point, is that as a priority club member you can have free bottle of water in the room....once per stay and not one per day....

Everything during my stay was excellent - great check-in, nice room, comfortable bed, good amenities. I really liked breakfast with big variety of healthy and diet food.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a very good location with good access both from all Moscow airports and to the city centre.But ,above all,what sets this hotel apart is the politeness and speed with which staff resolves all issues or questions brought up by customers.Never seen before in any other hotel.Congratulations.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms quite and very comfortable. Close to subway station and to Bellorussky railway station - easy to go and get from Sheremetevo airport.
