They were polite and professional at all times. Any request I had was handled thoroughly and promptly. The room was always spotless. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The process of check-in was easy, reception staff explained all the details for the room and all conditions. Really quick and easy check-in and check-out processes. I used in-room bar for some light food and water, in overall the bar's offer was average, but renewed every day. February 2, 2014

Two bad experiences. 1) When I went to change currency, the lady was on the mobile phone and I tried to talk to her but she waved me off and was not interested. I went to the bank. 2) Rang a tour company and wanted to do a tour. Could not work out the location. The tour lady said to go to front desk and they would help. When I went there, the lady on said to call them and talk to them. She also said they should speak English and it want cost me much to call them. I walked away and did not go to the front desk when she was on. The location is reasonable. Moscow is not the most tourist friendly place to travel. But most people took their time to help and give directions. Unfortunately cannot say the same to the front desk staff and the currency exchange lady. The taxi lady was very helpful. So was the trainee. The rest were not tourist friendly. At least gave the impression that they were too busy and could not be bothered. October 30, 2013
