Thanks to the management for the upgrate and personal greeting from the hotes manager. This hotel also has a good executive lounge and ins kept up very nicely, even the furniture is alittle old. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, good sevice I have made a number of trips to Moscow over the last 4 months on business, staying each time at tje Holiday In Suchevsky. Bookings were made by my employer as the hotel is convenient for their Moscow office. I have enjoyed each of my stays, staff are friendly and efficient and amenities are good. Hotel is in a convenient location, with a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro station is aslo nearby, allowing easy access to central Moscow for sightseeing amd leisure. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to friends / colleagues and would consider it as an option for any future personal trip to Moscow. September 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Busy elevator I had a marvelous stay in Moscow at the Moscow - Suschevsky Holiday Inn Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent breakfast too. Very reasonably priced too for a this type of hotel. My only qualm was that the elevators (three of them) are not controled by hotel stuff. My room was on 16th floor, and one day in the morning one group of guests use to enter elevator from 4th floor up in order to reach ground floor, this made mess for all hotel guests because on the way back full elevator stopped on each floor and it took me cca 30 min to get out from the facilities and reach my daily duties. Thank you for having me, I'll for sure get back to your Hotel again when needed to stay in Moscow! August 18, 2014

After each stay here I have to fill missing points form at the web sight. Meals in the executive lounge is more sparse than in other hotels of the network.The staff at the lounge is less helpful also. August 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Holiday Inn Suschevsky Good location right next to Riga Station. Very clean, room had good lighting, lots of sockets and the sockets were high and easy to find. No need to get down on your knees and crawl to find them. Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Issues: 1) Would have liked to have had slippers and moisturizing cream in the room. 2) Not a great selection of English-language TV channels. 3) Only 3 elevators and very slow. Need more eleavators. I give 3 of 5, not because I wasn't satisfied, but because this is a 3-star hotel and I got good 3-star hotel service. I wasn't looking for or expecting 5-star. August 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good three night stay Certainly much better than expected as this was my first visit to Russia and had heard a lot of stories about hotels generally. Internet speed was very good throughout the hotel and the rooms were as goods as other Holiday Inns. I had heard that people didn't like the hardness of the bread at breakfast but as toast it was fine for me. The chef who cooked the omelettes to order at breakfast made them exactly to my liking and the other breakfast offerings were just fine. The staff were friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere of the hotel was good. When I return to Moscow next year, I will definitely be going to this Holiday Inn. July 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Goodsize bedroom and clean toilets Goodsize bedroom, clean toilets and reasonable breakfast spread. The bread could be better. I wanted to use the room refrigerator to store mymedicine but the front desk receptionist wanted a 5000 roubles cash deposit or to roll my credit card. When I gave them my credit card, the front desk said they would have to levy a service charge of US$1 to 2 even though I may not consume anything in the refrigerator as the charge is levied by the credit card company. I do not like being levied a charge for getting the key access to the refrigerator even for not consuming any item in the refrigerator. This is a ridiculous service fee which I have not come across in my entire travelling experience worldwide. Hence I did not put any cash deposit nor let them roll my credit card. June 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday inn as you expect The hotel is the upper end of the HI chain. Everything in the hotel was clean and sparkling, expect the room windows which looked as if they had not been washed for years, but I suspect that this was from spary from the elevated road infront of the windows a few floors down. Was lucky being a platinium member as I got an upgrade to a suite, so loads of room, really nice. Bed was comforatable and there was a large bathroom too. Hotel is not in town so a bit of a drag to get into the centre for sightseeing. However, you are only a few mins walk to nearest metro station and about 20 mins from Red Square the "heart of the city". It has another advantage being a bit out of town as the rate is a bit cheaper than closer in. So if you don't mind using the metro a very good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful with direction requests etc. Breakfast in the Exec lounge was OK with hot and cold choice of food and drinks. Free drinks and snackes also in the lounge all day. The only problem was the "free" internet, it was not very stable and at times it was soo slow to be PAINFUL (down to less than 1 mbit/Sec!!!) The only comment that the front desk made when I checked out was it must have been everyone was using it. Well if its free they should ensure there is sufficient bandwidth to give an acceptable user speed! So I would go back if and when I am in town but you need to be game to use the Metro or you will be stuck here or have to pay for taxis etc to get around! May 3, 2014

I had a standard room, which I think was a large room - with both a king size bed, a sofa and a big desk with comfortable chair. Large bathroom with bathtub :D Great staff, nice and welcomly both the receptionist and the waitresses, being met with a beautiful smile and "Good morning" when you come to breakfast is very important for a good start of the day. No matter how busy it was in the diningroom the tables was always cleaned. Houskeeping staff did an excellent job and I looked forward to come back to my room in the evenings. The hotel also have great gym facilities. Short way to the Metro station where in less than 20 minutes you will be downtown. Unfortunately the food experience was not up to the standards of the rest. I had one stay in November and one in April and the breakfast have become better - yes. But I still miss fresh bred, all types of bred were dry and hard - all days - Tuesday - sunday. Both my stays I have been on conference an eaten lunch and dinner at the hotel. This needs both an update and to be changed between the meals. Only the hotmeals were different from one meal to the next. And also here - fresh bred please. Overall, I would reccomand this hotel for holiday visitors who mainly will eat outside the hotel. The conference area is also very nice, but choose lunch/dinners outside the hotel. Exept the food it is a very good hotel. April 30, 2014

Restaurant had a variety of dished and the Bar was a nice option at late hours. I also had access to the executive lounge on the 13th floor, very nice breakfast buffet and variety of drinks. during the day it's open till midnight- good option if you're lazy to find a vending machine and just want something to drink. They were polite and professional at all times. Any request I had was handled thoroughly and promptly. The room was always spotless. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The process of check-in was easy, reception staff explained all the details for the room and all conditions. Really quick and easy check-in and check-out processes.
