PROS: (1) Comfortable Rooms at a Fair Price; (2) Good Location; (3) Friendly Personnel CONS: (1) No Air Conditioning in the Room; (2) Overpriced Breakfast; (3) Overpriced Wi-Fi; (4) No Bottled Water in the Room (except that in an overpriced bar) Dear Svetlana and Marina: It takes time, effort and good service at a reasonable price to build long-term Customer Relationship that leads to Loyalty. The food was really good and the choice was just right. The room was comfortable and made working in pleasant and not cramped. I would recommend staying here on business or pleasure. October 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Light and Shadow The room need new furniture, the bathroom need renovation, it was generally cold inside the room (aircondition is just for cooling and the heating wasn't working at this period of midth September), bathroom with very old window, very bad smell out from bathroom, the air condition noising but could be quickly repaired, Lobby bar / caffee is in the evening a big smoking lounge, what makes it impossible to use this facility as nonsmoker, service should give more attention, fairly good front desk September 30, 2013

The service is great and the rooms are clean. The hotel has business lounge at the 13 floor which is opened 24 hours per day and it is quite convenient. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Elevators When overcrowded the elevator gives a signal. One person has to leave than the elevator. The doors closes but as soon as the person who left pushes again the buttom for a new elevator, the doors go back open. This happened 3-6 times on the same floor before the person who left understood that he had to wait for a few seconds. This happened therafter on each level (17 times) since more and more people were waiting on a not coming elevator. It has token 16 minutes before the elevator arrived at my floor (17th) and therafter 14 minutes before I arrived at my level. In the meantime the congress already started. Please change this system or gives at least the possibility to use the treps in such cases. Now you can leave via the trephall, but it is not allowed to enter back on your level. July 5, 2013

My mom had her birthday during our stay and that day when we came back from the city a piece of cacke with "Happy birthday" from the hotel was in our room. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Okay but lacking a little something As we went with an organised tour we were not given the choice to choose a non-smoking room, when we arrived the smell of smoke was overwhelming although I believe this has now changed as the new smoking rules now apply. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly enough with the odd exception however the dinning room is not big enough for the amount of guests and we felt rushed at the evening meal and there was a lack of places to relax to have a drink and socialise with the other members of our party in the evening. Very short sighted of the hotel I feel. Otherwise loved Moscow and tour company were great would still recommend both to others. June 3, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Small and strange things that makes feel disapointed Unfortunately in room number were a number of problem with shower (water flows very slow and 3/4 were oppresed). The next thing is that we've got a compliment from Holiday Inn. Thank you, but it would be nice to ask us whether we dring champagne or not. Also it was a big surprise, that we couldn't upgrade room category to higher one... It looks a bit strange. May 18, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable hotel The room for Priority Club members was excellent - clean, large and very comfortable bed. The surroundings look dated but very close to tube station - Wifi in bedroom & mini bar very expensive so be aware. Free wifi in the lobby. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Reception staff was very helpful when our cab tried to charge us 9000 Roubles for a fare that should have been less thab a thousand, so thanks again. I recomend the hotel its location & the staff. The surroundings of the hotel look a bit like from past age but near-by metro station gives you possibility to avoid traffic jam. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was also quite good, staff nice - so I recomend the hotel if you are willing to pay a little bit more for a stay. April 1, 2013

On arrival check in was very busy, but the manageress soon came behind the desk and dealt with me (made me feel special as PE Reward member). I got my PE upgrade to exectuve room, without asking, and found the whole check in process ok in what were very busy times. Room was fine, with compliementary fruit and soft drinks, appreciated after a long journey. Executive lounge is ok, but bar is better - especially enjoyable with Victor, who my collegues and I have made friends with over several stays. He makes you feel very welcome, speaks great English, and is both attentive and charismatic. Victoria is a welcome addition to the team and was a very friendly and efficient server. We all enjoyed some good humour and great service. It was a little smokey in the bar area (and I can see how many appreciate the ability to still smoke inside), but it does leave you smelling of smokoe - but this will eventually clear once the smoking ban is rolled out in Moscow. PIllows need to be a bit bigger please? February 19, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Zhana It gives impression that all staff got the same bad training from the same bad trainer. It was extremely annoying, irritating and discomfortble. Just a few examples: House -keeping knocked my door 3 times in a row one day @ 7 am, screaming "Can I clean your room!", while the _Do_not Disturb_ card was hanging outside the door. Whatever you order either in the room-serivce or in the main restaurant down, will be served in a wrong way and delay. Example, you ask for room-temperature caned juice without ice, tea with lemon, and pancakes with souce separate--they will serve a glass of juice half-full of ice, tea without lemon, and pancakes swimming in the sauce. When you would ask for a lemon and spoon and fork and knife so you could eat pancakes, they will bring lemon, and your question _what about the spoon and fork?_ they always would reply "Oooooh, I FORGOT.....!". So then they will come back and bring a knife but not a spoon... so everything gets cold, and you have to catch a waiter 10 times in 1 hours just to have a cup of tea in a normal way.....Reception staff is the same! As if they did not speak neither English, nor Russian--THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD THROUGH ALL THE HOTELS AND COUNTRIES.... THERE IS A ROOM--BUT THERE IS NO HOTEL.! November 13, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Professional staff and great service Everytime I go to Moscow, I usually stays at Holiday Inn Suchevsky because the staff are all professional. Especially when I stayed in the beginning of November, I had some problem leaving my raincoat in the lounge on the 13th floor in the evening. When I visited the lounge on the next morning for that coat, I could not find it anynore. A young man in the lounge listened to me and assured that it will be soon resolved. He arranged some security staff to go through the video camera in that room to see what happened. As a matter of fact, the coat was returned to me within 5 minutes after that! When I tried to thank him, he simply said that it is only his pleasue to serve customers. His name was Vasilly. I wanted to say thank you in this way. Best regards, November 11, 2012
