Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by addional service I like the hotel, also the staff is very friendly and nice and that is why I spent quite longer time there. What makes me upset is that if I want to buy cigarettes I am pushed to buy a lighter, as well !!! I already spoke with a member of management about being promised they would think about canceling this stupidity (after staying in the hotel I would return with several lighters) but even after more than 3 months nothing has been changed, while I know that I am not the one only who is claiming it. Perhaps the hotel earns good money selling cigarettes with a lighter only and does not care if guests like it or not, simply either buy what we push you to buy or go where you want and buy there. That is why I made a decision not to come to the hotel anymore. February 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very helpful front-desk staff Staff members are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and almost all of them are fluent in English. Hotel is spacious and clean. Rooms are large and well-appointed. The hotel is far from the city. To go anywhere you have to walk half-mile or so to the bus stop, and the bus ride to the metro station is about 30 minutes. You cannot rely on the shuttle service. Nonetheless, an excellent value in a very expensive city. The hotel staff are among the best I have come across in my travels. October 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by about hoel HI Vinogradovo In this hotel my family (2 adults and 2 children) lived 11 nights, the purpose - tourism in Moscow. Very disciplined and friendly staff, excellent service, a hotel (including SPA) very clean. The cost of breakfast ~ $ 22/person, children free.To/from Moscow (usually to the nearest metro station) on a schedule bused free shuttles, so the problem relatively far distance to Moscow is reduced. The only problem at the weekend, when worked only one shuttle with higher-priority trips to / from Sheremetyevo Airport (also free), so the schedule of trips to/from Moscow can not kipped. But can take to/from Moscow without timetables. Near the hotel-forest and lake.If my opinion, the hotel is suitable not only for transit passengers traveling through the Sheremetyevo, but for a family vacation, especially if you have enough free time. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay Just for one-day sightseeing to MOW we used HI Vinogradovo for one night. Using PCR points we got a very comfortable room and could also use all the offered shuttle services. Pick up from SVO airport deeply at night was perfectly arranged and the shuttle to MOW downtown was running fine! Thanks to the staff for the great support making our Moscow visit a success! They are offering a free shuttle that is very comfortable and convinient in getting from SVO-Airport to the hotel. At the hotel checkin the personal is very friendly. Often they are willing to give anupgrade, if rooms are handy. Usualy it is not a probleme to receive a late check out. The breakfeast is verry good too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay with some We have stayed in the hotel with my husband and two kids (0.5 and 5 yrs) in executive room. Room was spacious and cosy. We got additional bottles of water as a PC member. Things the hotel can do better: Dinner in Rasputin restaurant - food did not look like as a fresh cooked. Pool was on maintenaince and we missed opportunity to enjoy it with kids. Overall experience is okay November 15, 2012
