The staff who helped us arrange a buffet dinner as well as a block of rooms were extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner was good (and much better than a similar dinner about five years ago at the same hotel). July 1, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by re-building got there on Thursday night around 10 p.m.; could not get king size bed, supposedly; first room we went to smelled of smoke and we had to return to desk to get second room, which, surprise, was a king size bed. book in the room said bar served food to 11 p.m.; not so much; bartender said the cooks had closed down long ago, so clearly mis-represented. Ran out of coffee in the reception area in the morning, so had to ask staff to re-fill. This facility doesn't offer an elevator but tries to make it cute with a printed document about why you don't need one. We didn't really mind that, but the facility is going through much construction. the parking lot had a lot of depressions that captured water so I could not get into my car on the driver's side, had to slide over from passenger side. Clearly the facility is in need of major repair and they are doing it while keeping it open. breakfast was great and the staff did a wonderful job serving everyone. June 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay The value for money is great Benefits provided for platinum memberships are great. However the front desk staff deployed at late night is very rude. The person there at around 11 pm kept asking me if I belong to IBM group. When I declined, he persisted and followed me when I was walking back to my room. he called me and asked me to clarify which group I belonged to. It was very irritating. The lady who makes omelettes during breakfast is also very rude. When I asked her to put less oil, she said this can damage her frying pan and in no way she will let that happen. So she was adamant on using more oil. Overall the value for money, when staying on points, and being platinum member is great. The only caveat is just come and go. Don't interact with the front desk staff at late night. they are very rude. June 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room unavailability It would have been extremely pleasant is the room we had reserved two months in advance would have been available to us. Instead we just got a blank look and were told there was no king room available and that was it. We were never given a reason why the room wasn't available. It was a take it or lease it situation. The hotel should not be overbooking specific types of rooms due to its size. June 11, 2015
